Went for the first time. French onion soup was great. The charcuterie board was basic walmart cheese and over ripe berries with extremely sweet balsamic glaze squirted over the small plate with 4 slices of toasted baguette. The burrata cheese plate stated it was served with giardiniera but it was served with the same over ripe berries and overly sweet balsamic glaze. The brussel sprouts where extremely burnt, I think it was celebrity night and Josh and momma from tiktok where the chefs. The brussel sprouts where served with French's fried onions that wasn't needed for texture as the brussel sprouts where crunchier than corn flakes but with no flavor. Spent almost $200 for basic apps and soup and drinks. Aldi has a better selction of cheese and meats than what was used on the charcuterie board. They also didnt give any plates for us to use. The atmosphere was nice and the presseco was good though.

Service and vibes were great but we weren't impressed at all by the charcuterie and burrata boards or the Brussel sprouts. the burrata just came with a pile of over-ripened berries but was supposed to come with other items. The charcuterie came with more over-ripened berries, prosciutto, and walmart grade cheese cubed with balsamic drizzled on them that felt out of place. Definitely not a chef's selection of curated meats and cheeses. One meat, no vegetables, no nuts. They both came on tiny plates, but looked nothing like the photos of past boards posted online. For $27 and $15 it was really disappointing. I feel like a Karen writing this much about meats and cheeses but we get charcuteries everywhere we go and these were just plain sad.

Addie was amazing and on point. We had a group of 10 and it was our first time here. We enjoyed the warm welcome and Addie checking on us to ensure we were all satisfied.

Thank you, Addie.

Fun Friday night! Four of us had drinks and then dinner at this quant spot. Bartenders/servers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend the charcuterie board, NY strip, and the char-grilled salmon. Menu is a bit limited, but everything they do, they do well.

I waited for several minutes before a staff member even acknowledged that I was there. A colleague had made a reservation, but had yet to arrive. The restaurant was not at all full with a group at the bar and one table occupied. When the staff member approached me. I indicated that I was meeting someone who had made a reservation. Rather than ask the name the reservation was under, the staff suggested that I might have mixed up the restaurants, as there is another restaurant with a similar name nearby. It became increasingly clear that I was not welcome at this establishment, which was disappointing and peculiar. Even though I was never asked, I offered the name for the reservation, and indeed I was in the correct place. Moments later two other customers walked in and the gentlemen behind the bar, who had totally ignored me, offered these customers an enthusiastic greeting. At this point, it was exceedingly clear that it was me who was unwelcome. It’s a shame! I was in the city for a conference and my party was excited to support a local business, but I left concerned that Rebel Room is not invested in making all feel welcome.

The New York steak was tender and juicy, mashed potatoes mouthwatering. Spinach salad and grilled salmon delicious! Drinks, food and service all around 5 stars. Our bartender/waiter was working his 15th shift in a row but still gave impeccable service. We forgot our water bottle on the table, he ran it back to us down the street. Thank you!!

Extremely delicious food and cocktails but the staff was super over worked. Even 1 extra pair of hands would make a huge difference. It is also a tight, hard wood room so all the noise bounces super loudly.

Pretty good breakfast- especially if you pre-paid for it. I will say, the first morning we showed up at 8:30 and were served lickity split. But when we showed up at 9:30 (30 minutes prior to the end of the breakfast window) - there were a lot of people trying to get the waiter's attention. It was pretty tense.

Rebel Room is an amazing downtown spot. The crew are incredible. From Shanelle’s serious skill behind the bar, to Candie’s excellent welcome ability to entertain with conversation, all behind Etsaban’s watchful eye as he orchestrates the action from his reserved table, it’s a lovely environment. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel welcome in their enduring care.

Walked in on Sunday Morning June 2nd and from the start I knew it would not be good. No host to seat us, people standing around doing nothing. We finally sat down, nobody comes to welcome us. Some person sat water glasses down but no water. Other guest walk in and experienced the same treatment and the host with red hair finally walked up and did her job but could tell was clearly frustrated. A male walks to our table and I ask about gravy biscuits that is on your web site and he says “oh that is so outdated” “It’s cool if you’re not into it”. We talk out afterwards.. what kind of establishment do you have? Clearly not one that is friendly customer service. We went to the yard where everyone has been so friendly and delicious food. You need to do better!

I am here monthly on business-- and by business, I mean getting down to business eating this delicious food! The Rebel Room is my favorite place to let a little "rebel" out! Sometimes when I want to get just a bit crazy, I have Mark make me one of his famous shirley temples. He won't give me his secret even though I told him I'll never tell!! Marisa and Coraline are great too. It's always a hoot-- a little living, a little laughing, and lots of loving. This is by far my favorite bar inside the Industrialist Hotel.
