Me and three other people went and purchased different sundaes and after an hour we all were spraying in the bathroom, we all payed $10 a piece to have upset stomachs and diarrhea, this is not a joke review, so if you go here don’t get a sundae!

Got the pumpkin pie ice cream sundae with pumpkin ice cream not vanilla. It was ABSOLUTELY delicious 😋. So excited they added this to their menu. Really enjoyed all the animatronic statues too while visiting the scoop. Staff is so friendly. ❤️this place Keep up the good work!

Delicious creamy hard serve ice cream with generous portion sizes, although my ice cream had ice crystals in parts of it like it had been frozen for too long. The hard ice cream has a good amount of mix-ins and is very thick, a good quality ice cream. It was about $10 for two small bowls of hard serve ice cream, which is pretty comparable to other ice cream spots.
We parked and walked up to the storefront, but they also have a drive-thru option that was pretty busy.
They do not have any prices posted, which makes it challenging to decide what to get as they have a very extensive menu. They also don’t always have all of the hard ice cream flavors advertised in stock, though this trip they had marked with checks on the menu board which flavors were available. It would be nice to have the shopping experience be a bit more customer-friendly, especially for those of us who are new to the shop.

3 cones and 1 specialty ice cream cost $30 The Coffee and Oreo hard ice cream as well as the brownie “meatballs” tasted like dirty freezer. I returned the coffee ice cream and asked for something fresh. Cashier said the coffee ice cream was just opened. I opted for a soft serve vanilla as a replacement and wasn’t offered a refund for the difference in price.
Final thoughts: If I ever return, I would only get the soft serve ice cream as it seems to be the only safe choice from the menu.
