Me and my lady always ride past smelling the food and it's always a long line.. yesterday we were able to catch him no line yet .. and he is absolutely wonderful and the food was Great! I loveee his special BBQ sauce! I strongly recommend you to try !!! Thank you again Shady dog!

I just wanted to say thank you to the owner/operator of the shady dog cart that posts up near shadyside hospital. Sir if you see this I was the guy in the Grey ram wishing I could of come bought your delicious food. You saw me drooling and brought me 2 sausage sandwiches on the house as I was at the red light. I've had 10 plus surgeries and foot amputations. I can't walk very well and this man walked right up to my truck and gifted me that food. I was very hungry and am so grateful for his kind act. You my new friend are a gentleman and a solid human. My name is Keith DiMaio I live in Vandergrift pa which is an hr north of the city and I have every intention of repaying your kindness if you allow me. I'm gonna bring you some lunch this week that I smoked myself. It's wet brining now and I'll look for you Friday I hope to see you then. I'm your new ad campaign manager after that kindness you showed me.

Best dog in the city! I always get it John's way with jalapeños (you gotta try the BBQ sauce). Get 2.... 1 will just be a tease. Totally worth the line if you get there a little late as it does get busy towards the lunch hour. Also when he is out of dogs for the day that's it I've shown up late and boom he is packing up and hitting the road.
