I had a loaded potato, and it was so delicious!!! Everything was fresh and homemade, down to the cheese sauce! FIRE!

Kristi has a very warm and loving approach. With her wealth of knowledge and keen intuition, she combines her services and tailors them toward each person on an individual level. I found Kristi to be absolutely amazing and so kind. I highly recommend seeing her. I’m so happy we have The Soul Shack in Fort Saskatchewan and very happy to have someone who works in love, not fear based, healing.
