Cool for breakfast. Great location and atmosphere.
We were told by the hostess that there was another reservation for our table and that we needed to finish up! Rude and Absolutely unacceptable. And at that time we were finishing the last of our $16 wine and were pretty much done. Food was pretty good but nothing special. overpriced but probably on par for that area. The place was loud and packed . We will have never go back! The manager offered a $20 gift card ..lol .. I'd avoid it if you don't want to be rushed out.
So good!!! Such a cute little place in a somewhat odd location. But we loved it!! Food was great! Bloody Mary’s were on point. Service was good, as well! Make a reservation or plan to wait a long time (60 minute when we showed up on Saturday morning but we had a reservation!) Definitely worth it and we will most definitely visit again if we are ever in Pittsburgh.

Incredible atmosphere . Really great variety for any diet. The French Toast is 10 🌟. Service is always the best- prices reasonable and just a great comfortable casual meeting place with excellent quality meals. Highly recommend.

I was SO looking forward to eating at this place because it was so welcoming and beautiful in the dining area and lobby, but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the food. The food was VERY beautiful and pleasing to the eye but let me down. I had the poppyseed pancakes and they had a VERY baking powdery aftertaste. My mom got the chia pudding and when I tasted it I had to spit it out and wipe of the spoon I used. I hate having to say this because it is a very cute place and I am never the picky type of eater. On the contrary my dad liked his breakfast of sausage, eggs, and toast; so maybe it was the options my mom and I picked. Amazing views, not so much amazing food. 😔

Our first time in Pittsburgh and we decided to stop for brunch.
I got an oat latte which was perfect then I tried avocado toast with seeds and my husband tried The Kazam which was great. We didn’t booked so we chose to stay at the bar because they were a line for tables and the truth is that was perfect, the staff was pretty nice and the atmosphere was really good.
We highly recommend this spot and hope to come back.

I had a distinctly mediocre experience. Goat cheese omelet was not hot enough. A positive was it came loaded with veggies (broccoli, onions and mushrooms) but these also were only just warm. The waitress didn't seem to know what veggies were included. Service was slow even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. One highlight is a chance to see the lobby of the Union Trust Building, one of Pittsburgh's landmarks.

This place just isn’t very good. I’ve given it several tries and the food is consistently mediocre and the drip coffee is disgusting. Definitely overpriced and not worth going to.

Right next to the Omni William Penn Hotel. Great service and delicious breakfast. The Moroccan eggs “Oh Shazam” with fennel, pineapple salsa, onions and sourdough were wonderful.

This review is based on our witnessing the staff’s disrespectful treatment of other customers. If all I had to complain about was the fact that we were told it would be a 20 minute wait and it was a 60 minute wait for bar seating, I wouldn’t be writing this review. This is my fourth time eating here and will be my last due to the blatant racism witnessed. As we were sitting at the bar eating, a young brown-skinned male walked up and sat at a newly empty bar stool, not knowing he had to check in and wait to be seated. The server was quick to dismiss him and tell him he needed to put his name in with the hostess. There were multiple couples and groups of people we saw waiting over an hour for seating, including bar seating, just like we did. A few minutes later, two older aged white women did the same thing, not knowing they needed to check in with the hostess to be put on a wait list, walked up to the bar stools and said to each other, “Would you want to sit at the bar? I don’t mind if you don’t mind, then we won’t have to wait as long. Yeah sure let’s just sit here.” And the server gladly gave them menus and welcomed them!
Found a hair in my egg and when I called the waitress with short light brown buzz (except Clarissa, another server, she was good, she helped us) cut hair was very unprofessional and looked at me as if I was going to scream across the room that there was hair in my food so when I called her over she gave me an attitude like as if we did something wrong. I showed her the egg and she took the food back to the kitchen and she definitely had an attitude from me pointing out that there was hair in my food. She acted like she couldn’t be bothered. However, Clarissa made everything right. I would think twice about coming here.

I was surprised that our 11:30 reservation resulted in a 20 delay, we did arrive a few minutes late. Bar drinks were exceptional...great Bloody Mary. Brunch was very tasty although the temperature was definitely on the warm to cool side. Coffee / Tea very good. The decor / building is unique. Enjoyed our visit.
Parking: Even on a Sunday parking was a challenge. We parked in the city lot across from the Omni $8.
