I stopped by The Spot Pittsburgh Café for a smoothie and loved it! Super fresh fruit, really tasty, and you can tell they care about quality. Owner has to be on steroids or something , very rude and ignorant and extremely impatient to my kids. Anytime they respond to bad reviews they basically say it’s your fault and can never take the blame for anything. If you take more than a second to choose you can hear the sigh.

I’ve been coming to this smoothie spot for years and have never had a bad experience. The bowls are always made fresh to order, and you can really tell! Everything is super fresh and the quality is always consistent.
They’re also really generous with their portions and toppings, which makes it totally worth the price (especially compared to other açaí bowl places I’ve been to). The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the whole vibe is just really welcoming.
Easily one of the best spots in Pittsburgh for smoothies and açaí bowls. Highly recommend checking it out.

Pretty yummy. ABSURDLY overpriced, slow, and charged us twice for toppings (edit: they gave us back the money so I gave them back one star) Once they get their stuff sorted this place would get a five.
You come here and paint with your kids and characters from Disney show up and take pictures with you it is great fun very age-appropriate would definitely do it again

WOW! And that is NOT a positive. Walked in so that our family who recently discovered Açaí bowls could try The Spot. It took us a few minutes to take a look at the menu to which the owner got annoyed and abruptly shook his head and stormed away. That was a disgusting response to customers who merely came in to a business. Very disappointed and to that gentleman shame on you. My experience will be widely shared to the community that I have lived in my whole life.
