We live at the Clark downtown and loved coming here for lunch or for a quick drink to watch the game but we are deeply disappointed about these QR codes they added. It’s less personable and it’s just easier for everything to be done through a server. Just our opinions. Don’t think we will be returning

Stopped in to watch a college football game Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend. They use an app to order all food and drinks, it’s terrible, non-descriptive and doesn’t work well in practice.
Our initial order of food and drinks was fine. The food was relatively good, but nothing spectacular. After delivering our order, we barely saw the staff again. I had ordered a second drink, and after 10 minutes I finally saw a staff member I could approach to ask the whereabouts of my drink. She did make that right, fairly quickly and did offer to remove it from our tab. That was a bright spot.
Occasionally staff would walk out of the back room where they seemingly were hiding, pass our table full of our dirty dishes and do nothing. After an hour of this, and having reached halftime of our game we decided to close out to leave. The app defaulted with both a 20% tip and an 18% service charge, which is ridiculous since we were a group of four. We accidentally hit submit before we could correct this egregious amount, so very much overpaid for some of the worst service I’ve experienced in years. There was no one in sight to help us correct this issue, had there been I likely wouldn’t be writing this review.
The space is great, seems to be in a decent area of town, and the lack of patrons should have been our indication to keep looking. I doubt this will last, apparently they can’t afford to heat the place either, because I think it was about 45 degrees inside. If this is “the Standard” I’d hate to see the next level down.

Food was okay, nothing special and the server was pleasant. We had to order off our phones, no waitress here. Also, the phone orderin was not straight forward. You pay for the food, and drinks before it's even served . They then added an additional 18% service charage, which they do not tell you about, for 2 people...really. We did not realize this was added so we left an additional tip, what a rip off...we did all the work, all the server did was deliver the food. You even have to pour your own beer.
Go elsewhere...

Great atmosphere, great upscale bar food with really creative menu items. Definitely recommend the buffalo chicken eggrolls and the Parmesan tots. The Black and Yellow Burger was also AMAZING. Creative and tasty cocktails, too. Plenty of TV screens for the folks who want to watch the game, but also has quieter seating near the front. Dart boards in the back!

The girl minding the door and seating customers was at best disinterested. We were just looking for a light bite and drink, so didn't think much of it, but the attitude carries over to the rest of the staff. It was so bad we actually wondered if we had offended them by coming in. I swear it was like they were being paid to only talk to each other...and they didn't even appear to do that with much energy. The only thing they did well was avoiding eye contact. The food was ok, nothing to recommend, but if it you are stuck and don't mind super slow indifferent service, it will do.

The menu advertised on google is not correct. Have to order on your phone and only 5-6 entrees to choose from which is basic overpriced bar food. The cocktail was not worth the price, I’d recommend getting beer there. Since you order on your phone the staff just needs to run food to your table. There was nobody there but we had to run around trying to find staff to get us our food that was missing since we get a text that it’s ready. I was not impressed for how much I paid since it’s attempting to be streamlined to make it seamless (limited menu, contactless ordering, food running) when it’s not.

I don’t know how they managed to, but they were by far the worst nachos I have ever had in my entire life. Also, the side of fries had a weird flavour to them also. Two basic meals that were completely awful. Both of which took over 30 minutes to come out cold.

We had dinner on a Saturday night. A place where you order with website. Had to go to bar to pick up our drinks. Food was brought out by kitchen staff even though they were not very busy (not happening at other tables). Someone came to take plates, tried to take my wife's even though she was picking up chips from her plate. Then they put an automatic 18% tip even though it was a party of two. DON'T GO HERE.

Food was good... but there was no waiter or waitress, order had to be completed with qr code than get drinks after order was completed and it took forever than got charged 15% service fee.... and there was a self serve beer wall drafts only

If I wee a younger, college aged person, this would be a great hang out bar. The service was great, the atmosphere was fun, but the food was not good. Nor unfortunately, were the drinks. I think if I had just gotten a beer, I would have been fine.

Food was very good. Service was good too. We had an issue with the billshe was able to fix issues quickly and easily.

They have a beer while here which makes it cool because you have more selection. However I don't know if they were short-staffed when we went or not but they didn't seem to have enough servers work kitchen staff to accommodate everybody. We enjoyed our time here we were only there for drinks we did not order food.
