Ordered wings through Uber eats. While the wings were meaty I was given almost all drums and barely any sauce at all on the Chipotle Ranch. Would not order from here again.

My first experience with the wing experience was not the greatest. I ordered using Uber eats I'm not sure if dining in would have resulted in a different experience. Overall my order for a 12 wing combo with fries and a drink came out to about $25 using Uber eats Which is fine but when attention isn't paid to little details in the order makes me regret spending $25 for a 12 wing combo. I ordered 12 buffalo wings medium with ranch dressing, crinkle fries with salt and pepper. Any 22 ounce HighC drink. The wings Were nice and crispy and well seasoned. The fries arrived cold and with no seasoning at all you were given the option of several different types of seasoning and I selected just salt and pepper. My order came with nothing on the fries. Which is fine I had salt and pepper packets in my hotel room. No problem. I also noticed that there was no ranch dressing in my order as well and my drink was forgotten. Just these minor details ruined my overall experience of enjoying my meal. Not sure if it was because I placed the order around 10 PM or if it was too close to closing time for them to pay attention to details that were listed on the receipt when packing. If you would be bothered by the similar issues, my suggestion, if you are planning to order from this restaurant is after placing your order online to call and make sure that these items aren't forgotten with your delivery. Dining in might be a different experience, but I am from out of town and do not have my own transportation.

Over an hour wait and another 45 just for the food. My guess is extremely understaffed. But if you want to wait almost 2 hrs for half decent food go ahead I sure in hell are not coming back here… (they said 15 min wait but took over an hour)

So my fiancé ordered boneless wings last night and got me regular bone-in wings. I didn't eat mine do to just exhaustion and wanting to sleep early. but my two daughters and fiancé had them. I woke up at 3am to my fiancé and daughter puking... still hours later they are very sick! I don't even want to attempt to try mine! Do not order from this place!!

I placed an order thru DoorDash, but my order was wrong when I received it. I called the restaurant and the manager (I believe his name was Neil... I'm so sorry if that's wrong). But, anyway, he was very nice and super helpful! I'm very happy with how he helped me rectify the situation. Thank you so much!
This isn't a real place. This is what is called a Ghost Kitchen. The food here is made in Smokey Bones kitchen, it has the same address even. The same goes for The Burger Experience, also run out of the same kitchen. Who asked for this? This is definitely not a good way to assure quality food.

Can’t vouch for the quality of the wings because we never received our order. Ordered online for delivery via their website. Gave me a delivery time down to the minute (2:04pm) After 1.5 hours, called to find out where our food was. Girl on the phone took 22 minutes (literally) trying to first find our order. Then tell us that they can’t give us a delivery time because it’s just when they have drivers available. Which, btw, they use grub hub. Not their own people. She was pretty rude and told us that next time, we should just use the grub hub app. Ummm no. How about you don’t offer delivery on your website!?!?! Garbage company with incompetent workers

Ordered through DoorDash, said they were preparing the food, driver went to get the food but they decided to close early despite preparing the food. Explain that one... Waited 45 minutes for nothing.
