Today was our first time in and we had a fantastic experience! Service was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere of the space is so cozy and inviting with rustic fieldstone interior and historic character all around. Be sure to grab a cocktail and local beer with your scotch egg and bangers!
This was an absolutely brilliant accident finding this place. The fish and chips were fresh and hit. The bun and tartare were special! I took the bread pudding to go and it was thoughtfully packed with the ice cream separate. It too was delicious! You must check this restaurant out!
The woods house was an amazing place to eat. Amazing, cozy atmosphere, and delicious food. Had the scotch eggs for an appetizer, best eggs I’ve had yet. For entree I had fish and chips. Fish was delicious, fries were perfect. For desert I had a crème brûlée. First time I ever had that. It was great. Would come back again.
