It was very good. I had a good time, and the waitress was amazing. She asked me if I wanted a lemonade refill so many times and asked me how my dinner was on multiple occasions.

I wanted to like this place since it had really good reviews and the food looked amazing. Unfortunately, I can’t really recommend going here.

The service was great, as we did not wait long to get seated and had an attentive waitress. My main critique was the food. We ordered poutine, the Yard burger, and ‘the walking ched’.

Unfortunately, the poutine’s gravy tasted too much like alcohol. It came with a cheese sauce that made it more tolerable, but we honestly couldn’t finish it. Next, the burger. I had asked for the burger to be pink and it was cooked well done, and the fries with it were cold. The burger tasted underseasoned.

Next, ‘the walking ched’ was overall bland as well and the burger itself was cold. The homemade chips it came with were okay, and the highlight was the tomato soup, which came in a cute little bowl.

The atmosphere was incredible, and the presentation of the food was great. We really wanted to like this place, but I don’t think we’ll be coming back.

Went here on a Friday night because there was no wait… now it makes sense. While the service and atmosphere were alright the food was horrendous. I remember high school lunch food being of better quality, which says a lot. The tap wasn’t working for the beer so only cans were available.. that’s fine things happen. But the food… I can’t get over how awful it was. The grilled chicken sandwich had potential but smelled awful like freezer burn, I was afraid to eat it. My toddlers wouldn’t even touch the cheese burger or chicken tenders. The fries, poutine and Mac and cheese balls were all blah. I never thought I’d ever say fries were blah…. McDonald’s would’ve been better and a fraction of the price. Never again!

It’s a cool atmosphere! I ordered the Pittsburgh Steak Salad. The lettuce was brown and red at the bottom of the bowl. They also chafe $2.50 extra for waffle fries. Lol. It’s a good spot for a beer, however, their food has no quality control.

We went to The Yard on January 10th. Our server, Piatra, was absolutely phenomenal. She was attentive, personable, and timely with service.

I have tried to place a to-go order on two separate occasions and was informed both times that they were not taking orders due to it being too busy. This is annoying.

I stopped here for brunch with my two kids. The service was okay and the food took forever. I could tell our server felt bad. Not the best experience. Once the food finally came, everyone really enjoyed it! Overall sadly I wouldn't come back due to the service.

Only come If you want to be here for hours and wait almost an hour for your food and wait to be seated despite having a reservation and they have empty tables to seat you at.

Some servers are nice some don't care.

Green bean casserole soup was DELICIOUS. Never imagined I would like something like that. Chicken and Waffle sliders were sooooo good!

My family made reservations for table for four at 6:00 pm we arrived on time , our sever took our order there were very limited people there , it took hour for our food and when we ask what was problem The manager was very disrespectful. If you can eat somewhere else please do yourself a favor and bypass this place .

Friendly, laid-back open atmosphere upstairs in the Galleria. They have a great menu with many choices. I had a large grilled cheese sandwich (with tomato soup) on gluten-free bread and enjoyed it immensely because anyone on a gluten-free diet knows how hard it is to get a grilled cheese "out". Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly, I stop by here almost every time I'm in town and will continue to do so!

Dietary restrictions: I couldn't believe it when I asked about gluten-free options and the server handed me a gluten-free menu! ???
