Service is good, food sucks.
Ok the yard chicken is good
Bun was not toasted
The chicken was cooked well so was the bacon
Ok if you want perfection with burgers and chicken sandwiches
The buns have to be toasted
Zana is great she knows the menu
The waffle fries are amazing especially with the ranch

Great food, reasonable prices. Extremely busy, but worth the wait. Manager very accommodating.

We were the only people seated at the bar but the service was inattentive nonetheless. I ordered a couple additions to my burger that were forgotten. I hate spending money on unremarkable food & blah service. There were too many people on shift to excuse slow service. Many people were standing around instead of doing any job. Where is the manager?

It really sucks you got rid of the mission impossible and the impossible burger. The replacements aren't as good. Very sad.

Buffalo chicken dip was good. Rest of the food was sub par and we will not be back even though we have been here a few times. Myself and another diner at my table ordered the breakfast club, but my friend asked to have hers deconstructed and not stacked up. The restaurant was not able to accommodate this request and pushed back when we asked if it was because they’re pre-made and reheated, which they denied. They (a manager of some kind I suppose) said it’s their policy and could only charge us a la carte at a significant price increase for having them not stack it as a sandwich. The ridiculousness of the policy made my friend lose her appetite and when my breakfast club arrived not only was it very obvious someone could’ve deconstructed it if it weren’t a pre-made and reheated sandwich, but this was obvious since the pancake seemed not only stale but also had burn marks, the bacon was over done and charred, as were the home fries and the cheese had clearly been melted at one point, cooled and reheated based on the texture. So, you have an 80% empty restaurant located within a 50% vacant failing mall and they couldn’t honor the simplest customer request or admit the truth that the menu item in question reheated from Sysco when we originally asked if that was why.

i am not sure of her name but the hostess who would rather sit down and scroll on her phone needs to be FIRED. all i have to say is she has ZERO work ethic and when things get busy she gets nasty. should not be working in an environment where A.) she needs to walk and b.) is fast paced and gets busy.

This place was awful. We waited an hour for our food, and on top of that half of our table’s food was brought 20 minutes before the rest of the table. So we couldn’t all eat together. The service was absolutely awful. She was nice, but rarely checked on us, forgot things we asked for, and was just non existent. The place was basically empty. I understand if it was slammed, but it wasn’t. Really just over priced, average food with long wait times and not great service. Wouldn’t recommend.

This place is getting run down. Several dishes were missing promised ingredients. Everything was bland. The taps were down due to busted refrigeration and several seat cushions were seriously torn up. Our server was okay, but not attentive or timely. Overall, it was like a stadium experience, but at a sit down restaurant.

I’ve always liked this location. No issues with the food, and killer beer of the month specials. My issue is with a particular hostess, who will always tell you there is a wait when no one is there. She is rude, always on her phone, and always says that the booth section is closed. Having a toddler, this is something I look for when going to a restaurant. She immediately says it will be a wait, even though on both occasions there was literally 10% of the restaurant full. The second time I went (Mother’s Day) it took stating that I would simply go to Houlihans for her to get off of the phone, slowly meander to the kitchen, and have her get a waiter. The waitstaff is polar opposite, as they’re all great. This location should fire the slob hostess who is more concerned with scrolling social media than those who pay her hourly wage. Seriously, I spend a minimum of $70 each time I go here, but apparently that’s meaningless when you have a prerogative to not seat people for some reason.
