I visited the Galleria location after going to The Yard in Shadyside many times. The grilled cheeses, fries, and tomato soup were just as delicious as I remembered, but the service left something to be desired. Our server was a little frosty and I felt that we were rushed to finish our meal even though the place wasn't exactly packed. In the future I'll probably stick to the downtown or Shadyside locations.

Food was delicious, restaurant could be a little cleaner. Would rather silverware be brought to the table instead of sitting in a dirty box anyone can touch from the guests that have sat there before you. It's not sanitary. Service was ok. The server was not super friendly. “Just doing her job”

Tate was our server on a large party and he did an amazing job. The group was booked by Braden and he was very accommodating for our needs. We look forward to coming back in the near future.
Fatoosh salad was surprisingly fresh for a mall restaurant and tater tots were good! Dad liked his burger and mom liked her berry salad, too. Server was attentive to nut allergy. Menu had decent vegetarian options (especially for Pittsburgh). Elevator to 2nd floor was acting up and my mom got stuck in it for several minutes, which was very scary for her. Would avoid if you have issues climbing 2 flights of stairs. A solid option--I'd go again!

Food is good. Service is awful. Not crowded and a 20 minute wait for drinks. Convenient if in the Galleria shopping but plan on a longer wait time.
