Stopped in here before our concert and we were impressed with the food! Definitely try the buffalo mac grilled cheese! Great casual spot for an out-of-towner!

Food was ok it. Tasted good but skimpy on good ingredients. Service was horrendous, very slow waitress. I asked for one refill and then watched her eat a bowl of fruit salad while she was yapping to her coworkers. Got the refill finally when I was done eating and ready to leave.
Edit! They added a $5 tip to my bill! This waitress did not deserve a penny! I would highly recommend eating anywhere but this restaurant!

I had high hopes for this place. We went during lunchtime on a Sunday.
Service was immediately terrible. It took awhile to get drinks and our appetizer arrived at the same time as our food. The couple who came in after us were taken care of before we were.
Our pretzels were hot, tasty, and didn't have a lot of salt. However the beer cheese, which I look forward to at any establishment, was lukewarm and watery.
I subbed a Caesar salad for the home chips. I also requested waffle fries which never came.
My BBQ chicken grilled cheese was delicious, but also lukewarm. How do you mess up a grilled cheese and you have a whole grilled cheese menu?
I didn't even eat the house chips. The other burger was just that: a burger.
I ordered Angry Orchard on tap: I have NEVER been disappointed with it on tap, but some how, some way they managed to mess that up too.
The whole experience was lackluster and severely overpriced. The waitress was MIA most of tbe time, hence why someone else brought over our food.
The only thing the place really has going for it was that it had a variety of big screen TVs that had anything from soccer, to lacrosse, to football.
Unless it's the only place to eat at, skip this altogether, unless you have a substandard palette and an obsession with overpriced food.
I didn't even take pictures. I wish to wash this from my foodie memory.

Cool place, but sat at the bar and got mostly ignored, as far as service goes. The couple next to me got up to get their own menus.
This was my first time here. The service was fantastic and on point. The atmosphere was perfect, had a small restaurant vibe, which I love. They also have great burgers and cooked mine to my liking (rare). If im ever in the area again I will definitely come back.

Nice spot to grab a Burger, which by the way are DELICIOUS! HOMEMADE potato fries with their homemade ranch hot the spot. I noticed their gourmet grilled cheeses which I will try next time and I see they have brunch on the weekends. I can't wait till the construction in market square is done so this place can really be an option for everybody.

Bad food, ordered their vegetable soup and it was basically canned vegetables in broth. Their mac n cheese sandwich was school lunch flavor at best. This place needs better quality food.

Server was awesome! I have celiac and need strict gluten free food with no cross contamination. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. There were tons of options and everything was delicious. They even fried my potatoes in a separate pot so I could enjoy the home fries.
A group of us out-of-towners stopped in after work one evening. It was the best choice. The food was delicious. The Mac balls - YUM. My sandwich was hot and cheesy, soup was very good. Samantha was our waitress - she was a delight. Attentive, fun, she talked with us for awhile. It was a very relaxing, enjoyable and belly-filling time had by all.

Known for their gourmet grilled cheese this place certainly did not disappoint. Smack yo mama is one of their more popular choices and it comes with beer cheese cheddar onion straws sweet and tangy barbecue pulled chicken. It was heaven with all the flavors brought together. Not to mention that you get a bowl of creamy tomato soup with each sandwich along with chips covered in Cayenne spice. The Los Pollos Hermanos comes with white cheese sauce crispy chicken breast tomato bacon and honey mustard. Yet another wonderful combination of flavors just brought together perfectly. I really wanted to check this place out because I was craving pierogies and it did not disappoint. It came with pierogies sauerkraut and kielbasa along with sour cream that you could mix into. Definitely worth trying for a filling meal!

Food was good but extremely greasy. Kind of what you'd expect for what is served. I give atmosphere 2/5 because you have to walk through a dirty alley, walk passed a shady looking carribean shop and go up some rickety stairs to get there. Service was mid and we went after the lunch rush around 130.

Waitress was extremely slow even though the place was not busy at all. Waitress forgot to bring half my order and when she did it was ice cold. My entree chicken wings were mediocre, their signature Mac and cheese was room temperature. Had to wait 10 minutes after the meal to get the bill making us late for a tour due to a mediocre meal. The prices are reasonable but the food is not and the service worse.
