My favorite dishes were the Scottish sea trout on leek fondue, "sun kissed" tuna and fois gras in black truffle vinaigrette, and coconut sorbet with passionfruit and ginger granite. My least favorite dish was the butter poached and cabbage wrapped Maine lobster. The butter poached lobster was over cooked and the cabbage wrapped lobster tasted like scrabbled eggs with lobster. I wasn't a fan. Still everything was pleasing to the eyes and palate and definitely one of the best meals I've had. Don't substitute; the amuse bouche and desserts are worthy of tasting.
