Title 9 PGH is a very friendly bar with an immaculate vibe and a great atmosphere. The staff is incredibly attentive, nice, kind, and accommodating. The space is spacious with ample seating, including seats at the bar, making it a comfortable place for groups. The food and drinks are great, and the cocktails are the star of the show, with options like the blood orange cosmo and berry line layup (mocktail). There is an awesome burger and tasty local beers, but some critiques mention a small food menu and a lack of flavors for the wings. Guests have requested more food options and events like a Dyke Night or queer open mic. Title 9 is a neat spot to watch women's sports with plenty of TVs, and it is especially accommodating for larger groups during big games. It is a great place to experience the excitement of sports in a fun, inclusive environment.
