The homemade liege waffles are even better and the definition of perfection: crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and served warm with the perfect amount of sweetness.

He’s always ready with a smile, a fun story, or some insider tips on the best flavors to try. His genuine passion for quality food and customer service shines through in every aspect of the shop. Really good variety of flavours. You can try as many flavours as you want, and then make a choice, which is great. The waffle is pretty good as well. The service was honestly a bit let down. The young lady serving us seemed disinterested. Maybe because it was almost 10 and they were about to close. She also got our order wrong, and we couldn’t really reverse it because she had already taken out the ice cream and it would mean wasting the ice cream if we had to get original order. The food was great but I guess it was one of those days where the service could have been bit better.

Some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had and very pleasant service, the owner is Belgian and that’s why the waffles are super authentic! Locally sourced ice cream as well! Get the Pittsburgh pride on a waffle with whipped cream!

This is just one of those places where I wish I could give 10 stars. This is a business with filled with heart, charm, passion and joy. Not only is everything food wise unique, special and delicious (no store bought ice cream here!), every liege waffle is handmade right in front of you. “Saw when” topping application in the form of whipped cream makes this place one of the best dessert spots in all of Pittsburgh.
With regard to flavor suggestions, I’d go with the Strawberry Pretzel, Irish Cream, and Pittsburgh Pride… and you can’t go wrong with any other choice either.

Great service, great price, and amazing flavors! This is my first visit, but someone who came in behind me mentioned a couple of flavors were new, so I’m guessing they update regularly.

The owner is the kindest soul you’ll ever meet! He exceeds expectations every time we are there!! Their ice cream flavors are unique and delicious! We especially like the pear flavor! Wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

Absolutely phenomenal ice cream. We had Red Velvet, Lemon Custard (like eating Lemon Chiffon Cake), Cannoli and Baklava. Hands-down the best ice cream around. We also had a Liege Waffle - it was hot and perfect!
