Started going here for breakfast. Lately going closer to noon for their lunch specials. First rate comfort food, better & less expensive than I can make it for myself.

Breakfast was great, and the bacon was memorable. Staff was very friendly. It's obvious why regulars return. If we lived nearby, we'd be there regularly, too.

Best place in town

Great little diner with good food and fair prices. You order at the counter then grab any available table you can find. Self selve coffee. It's not fancy, but if you're looking for a quick breakfast then it's fine.

Good local cheap eats options - I got the biscuits and gravy special and it was very yummy! Their coffee is very dinner coffee, but they have lots of fun decorations of historic Pittsburgh! And I always love a place where you pay up front and can leave whenever

It was okay but not a place I'll return to

First time there, the place was packed. But we came at the right time when a table was getting up. Food was fine, I mean nothing to brag about, but service and atmosphere were pretty on point. Highly recommend

Visiting from out of town and wanted something other than the hotel breakfast. Man, I'm glad we found this place. Everything we had was delicious. Staff is friendly and attentive. Already thinking about going back again tomorrow morning!

This place was interesting. You order your food from the counter and pay for it then you sit down and it is brought to you. The eggs were good over easy nothing was runny and nothing was hard.

They had the best bacon, egg cheese Croissant I ever had! Also ordered side of home fries (portion of potatoes was small compared to other places and also is a la carte which seemed strange to me) You stand in line to order your food which felt a bit awkward (felt kind of like a cafeteria) I’m not sure how elderly customers navigate this if they have a hard time walking or standing. They bring your food to your table then you clean up your own table after you finish. The booth I sat in was broken underneath. The owner and staff both checked on us and were very friendly! Maybe in the future they can get those table kiosks where you can place your order electronically (like what they have on the table at Olive Garden) so that breakfast can be more relaxing and you can enjoy your family and friends more. Next time I’ll know to order more food since I was still hungry. The most important thing is that the food was TO DIE FOR!

We stopped in today to get birthday breakfast for my boys, ages 2 & 5. The older one had said he wanted dippy eggs. We originally thought of going to ENP but decided to try out the trolley barn. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The 2yo was not in the best mood but everyone was so kind and understanding! The food was great and before we left the 5yo said it was his new favorite place! The whole family agreed! This was our first time enjoying this establishment but it won't be the last! Thank you for a wonderful birthday breakfast!
