Just want to say a HUGE thank you to Alisha H and the man who was working with her on the mop today at 2:05PM. I went to pick up my mobile order smoothie from the shelf and put the straw in on the bar area but my hand accidentally slipped and my smoothie spilled everywhere on the floor. Alisha H. Was SO kind, and started a new one without me asking. I paid again of course (this accident was on me), and it was ready in no time. Her coworker with the mop came out so quickly as well. Thank you both for being so kind, understanding, and minimizing my embarrassment! To whomwever the owner/manager is here- you have some star employees! Thank you again! (The smoothies and food here are always consistently delicious which is why I’m a regular as well).
Absolutely wonderful service. Absolutely terrible food. Like where is the cheese on my cheese quesadilla?? And it's hard as all heck..

Be prepared to be disappointed more often than not, and don’t bother paying for extras or changing your order because the staff will promptly ignore any requests. When charging $10 for a smoothie, it should come with some consistency in taste, but we have to either get our smoothies remade or throw them away almost every time. Today, the first smoothie tasted terrible, and after asking for it to be remade, the worker rolled their eyes and somehow crafted something worse than the original. Completely disappointing and a waste of our time and money.

I love the food and the smoothies from TSC! The acai bowls are so delicious. I've had a mixed bag of experiences with the service. Some days there are people that are super nice and some days there are people that are a little crabby which makes the atmosphere a little tense and strange. I just assume everyone has their good and bad days, so I don't put anything against them since they never get my order wrong.
One day I thought it was strange that I ordered an acai bowl, but couldn't get it because they were out of granola. I told the cashier that it was fine and I would still get it without the granola, but she said I still couldn't get it because she couldn't enter it into the register if they were out of one of the ingredients. I was able to get the peanut butter/banana flatbread which also includes granola. They just gave it to me without the granola.... super confusing.

Don’t come here unless you prepare to wait 35 minutes and be ignored. We got SMOOTHIES, not a meal… slow, attitudinal, and frustrating. For God’s sake— clean off the counter tops and the tables/chairs/bathroom!
