Ever since this place opened, it had problems! At 1 time, they definitely got better. It would be nice to get some consistency.The salads be dry and the wraps have too much sauce on them.Let their messy or nasty. I really don't like leaving bad reviews.I like to shout out people doing their job and doing a great job because that's not done often.People are quick to leave a bad review.So I always try to leave a good one.SorryI couldn't continue this here. When it's time to fix a mistake that they've done.It's only been one time that I wasn't greeted with the attitude, maybe it was towards the staff. Maybe it was towards me.I didn't enjoy it period. 🤔

Loved the smoothie, but it was a bit pricey for the bowls. Tiny place as a large group came in and we were squeezed to the side. Would recommend ordering To-Go ahead of time.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe never disappoints! I’ve visited three different locations, and every single one has been consistently fantastic. The ingredients are always fresh, the flavors are on point, and the menu has something for every mood—whether I’m craving something light and fruity or bold and filling. It’s rare to find a chain that keeps such high quality across the board, but Tropical Smoothie nails it. Definitely one of my go-to spots!

My team member at work raves about this place. I took my daughter to the doctors, and she asked if we could stop by afterward. This was my first time and let me tell you....Amazing. everything was made to order, and I love the size of the cup!!! It's worth every dime. I had a jerk chicken wrap and chocolate starawberry banana smoothie. It was gone before I left the parking lot!!! Totally recommend it.
