Didn’t feel welcomed the past few times I’ve came to this location was the only customer in the store and there wasn’t anyone and till after I got rung out the guy prioritized the guy who ordered after my drink and then to top it off he was standoffish . This morning I went the door was locked it’s 7:18 but when I left a white woman was allowed to go in and it’s giving racist you don’t have any black employees anymore I don’t feel welcomed in my own backyard you built your store in do better .

Based on the number of errors, the clerk who took my order did not listen well at all. (I wish I would’ve known that bc I tipped the full 15%.) When I called about the mistakes, Paula offered to correct them the next day. When I came in, Ian followed through on the corrections. (I learned then just how much the clerk the day before had not listened.) So, I’m giving the store a middling score: it would’ve been lower but the management made the the effort to correct the errors. I would’ve liked to score it higher, but the disconnect between me & the clerk was kinda crazy given what I ordered & what I got. Maybe she was having an off day or it was just a hiccup with my order, but it sucked regardless.Something I noticed as I waited for my order was that most customers checked their orders . . . maybe that’s how you make sure you’re good before leaving. (I didn’t have to do that at my favorite location in Panama City, FL on 23rd St.)Parking: There are a few spaces just for Tropical Snoothie, but there’s plenty of parking in the shopping center.
First time trying tropical smoothie- why hadn’t I tried this sooner! Great service, excellent sandwiches and so many choices of smoothies to suit ever taste!

This smoothie business sells not only smoothies but also foods such as sandwiches, wraps, salads, flatbreads, and quesadillas. I bought one strawberry-banana smoothie, and it was healthy and tasty. The price was several dollars. The smoothies here are available in only one size, which is rather large, so I suggest that the business offer also a smaller size. The employees performed their jobs well and spoke nicely to customers.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a chain business that has locations throughout most states in the country. This particular location is in the city of Pittsburgh. A parking lot is located right near the restaurant. The menu of foods includes not only smoothies but also flatbreads, wraps, quesadillas, sandwiches, salads, breakfast foods, kids' foods, and sides. Please see my attached photos for most of the menu. Unfortunately, one of my photos for the menu of smoothies was blurry, so I will instead type those flavors here: Super Veggies (e.g., Avocolada, Detox Island Green, and Island Green) and Balanced Fusions (e.g., Açaí Berry Boost, Chia Banana Boost, Lean Machine, Peanut Paradise, and Triple Berry Oat).My husband and I ordered one Jetty Punch smoothie, which contained strawberries and bananas. Only one size was offered, and it was large and cost $6.39. I appreciated that this smoothie was fairly healthy and contained a fairly reasonable 370 calories. This smoothie tasted as expected--delicious and fruity.The employees' customer service was prompt and courteous. The only difficulty that my husband and I had was determining which line of customers was for placing orders versus waiting to receive smoothies.

It was busy in there on a hot Tuesday afternoon, but the crew were efficient. They knew their jobs well and worked hard at them. My triple berry oat smoothie was delicious -- exceeded expectations.
