Absolutely, and without exception, the most watered down and unfortunate bubble tea I’ve had in my life. I would honestly be embarrassed to sell milk tea that is so compromised in flavor and quality. It was like drinking one percent milk with some syrup and melted, filtered ice with an insulting hint of tea. A prime example of enshitification in action.
Every drink I’ve ever had here is sooo good!
Tsaocha is a pretty standard franchise, but they offer a great variety of drinks. Their boba tea, milk tea, and fruit and floral teas are all quite good. The original boba milk tea is solid, and I was especially impressed by the peach popping boba—they burst nicely in your mouth. The cheese foam add-on is also amazing and definitely worth trying. They don’t have much seating in the shop, so I’d recommend planning for takeout
We order three list food about: chicken foot ,a glutinous rice and rolls. When I pick those up from the restaurant. At 9 pm.We expect it will be delicious but when we open the box, we were shaking,my rolls only 2 in the box, it cost 7 dollars. And other chicken foot only 3 pieces on the box, it cost 8 dollars. Only the glutinous look like normal, and 2 pieces in the box.it cost 9 dollars. We don’t believe and check the menu, we 100 %make sure they don’t gave us enough food. We pissed off, but that night too later, so we don’t have chance to call and return those stupid food.
It took me 34 minutes to get 2 drinks I ordered. Simple drinks. They were not even good. They were okay.
the brown sugar bubble tea was really good! i always get 50 percent sugar, and im a huge fan of when places offer a kiosk to order from

I’ve been going here for years and it is still the best boba in Pittsburgh.
Delicious tea, easy ordering system, fast service
Ordering system was difficult and unclear and the boba was not very good. The drink itself was ok just not the best. The atmosphere was good though.
Restaurantji Recommends
I like that you can place an order through the terminal. The order is prepared quickly; sometimes there’s a line, but personally, I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes. 3. My favorites are the fruit teas❤️
Best boba shop in Pittsburgh!
We literally are here once a week.
Coconut slush and yogurt drinks are very good
fabulous. highly recommend the brown sugar black tea w/oreo BUT replace the tapioca with brown sugar jelly,,,it’s so good trust me. i love how many options there are—a much more interesting bubble tea shop as compared to some more standard ones i’ve been to
