My husband spilled water from a too full water. Hilea brought napkins for him to clean it up. How nice of her. I ordered shrimp and grits. The grits were lukewarm. So, while my husband ate I waited for a new dish. It would have been nice to have been compensated for the wait. No such luck. The food was good. The waitress was your usual waitress of today. Young and very impersonable. We may come back. Thank you.
This place employs a radical nut job that applauded the assassination of the former president. No doubt the ownership fosters this viewpoint.
4 of us dined here last night for an early birthday dinner. Shane was our server. He was courteous, prompt and always made sure we had what we needed. He provided great recommendations as well. It was nice to not have to wait for drinks forever, have plates cleared immediately and our food was perfect. I highly recommend the shrimp and grits and banana pudding. I look forward to coming back to try their brunch.
