***the soft serve is NOT vegan, just non dairy*** we went here specifically for the soft serve and when I asked the employee for confirmation that the soft serve is vegan, he said it is non dairy but it does contain a milk protein (maybe whey? I'm not sure what it could be that does not contain dairy, but I obviously took the employee at their word since he said it contained a cow milk ingredient). I was super disappointed by that because we went for the ice cream, but I am glad I asked. We ended up getting iced matcha with soy milk, and it was good. There were some decent vegan options such as packaged snacks and plant milks for the matcha.

Almost all their menu items are vegan. The soft serve is TO DIE FOR. It is almond and oat based and they have both a vanilla and matcha variety. They also sell a bunch of small treats like chocolate bars, granola bars, and candies that are all vegan. And of course, their matcha is amazing.

You may surprises that a matcha tea bar would have vegan ice cream but they do! They have a soft serve machine with vegan matcha and and vanilla ice cream

Tasty unique drinks made with real ingredients, not super sugary fakes like Starbucks. You can also get them sweetened or not.

Love the matcha. I use the ceremonial when I want to drink it with hot water only. The ascend is for a mixed drink (normally with chia seeds and honey). And i just recently got the rosy hibiscus, which is awesome. I use that for in The kitchen. I made dalgona with the roses hibiscus, used to make homemade whipped cream, and i used it on top of my greek yogurt with berries!
Not only is their product great but so is there customer service. One of the jars I had ordered got broken in shipping so I emailed them. Within an hour they had gotten back to me telling me they would send me a new jar. Two hours after that (at 9pm mind you) I had gotten an order confirmation telling me my order was being shipped. Now that's what I call great customer service!!!
