Best cheese fries ever.

I stopped in this past Sunday and ordered The Ultra and told the person taking the order that I wanted lettuce and tomatoes and a little mayo. What I received was not what I ordered. This was the second time this happened to me at the same location in Robinson. The sandwich had very little meat and what I could taste was fat. That will be my last time eating at an Uncle Sams.

Ordered the steak sand with fry’s where’s the meat all bread on one side wen’t up to show 👎 they didn’t care I go there every other sat never again I will spend money there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi. I tried filling out the form online but it isn't working. Anyways you guys have been a longstanding part of my dining out world since you opened your waterworks specific location. However things have been going downhill. Last night was the worst. The bathrooms are often pretty dirty however I look past it as the service and food is so good. Last night we waited over 38 minutes for our food. The fries were so overcooked you could barely eat them. And the bread was awful!!!! The absolute worst. I don't know what's going on but we definitely would not be back if this is the new normal. And if it was our first time we surely wouldn't return. Had we known there was a 40 min wait for food or that the bread was not the normal we would of gone somewhere else. I even asked what was up with the bread and they said it was an issue with the supplier. I don't know if this will help anyone at all. However as a customer that has been going here since the first year and the cool tie dye shirts I would hope someone is doing something to bring back what was once awesome service and food. We didn't even finish our food or bring it home it was so gross. I can't tell you the number of friends and business colleagues I've brought to Uncle Sam's for the amazing sandwiches and atmosphere. Last night was truly a massive red flag and has me considering finding a new go to spot.

Great food....always fresh, hot, and tasty. Limited carbonated self-serve drink menu. Bottled beer. Small TV screens. No rock music. Some cozy sitting booths. Mirrors used strategically to make interior seem bigger than it is. Clean restrooms. Rear entry door?

i order 1 special italian sandwich and it came out to $12.25. i was like geez that’s a little up there but people told me all sandwiches come with fries so i didn’t mind! i get my food and there’s no fries??? i just left assuming they changed this policy but why did they not tell anyone? but other than that the sandwich was good but i wouldn’t come again!
