Great food....always fresh, hot, and tasty. Limited carbonated self-serve drink menu. Bottled beer. Small TV screens. No rock music. Some cozy sitting booths. Mirrors used strategically to make interior seem bigger than it is. Clean restrooms. Rear entry door?

i order 1 special italian sandwich and it came out to $12.25. i was like geez that’s a little up there but people told me all sandwiches come with fries so i didn’t mind! i get my food and there’s no fries??? i just left assuming they changed this policy but why did they not tell anyone? but other than that the sandwich was good but i wouldn’t come again!

The food is average by Philly cheese steak standards. The real issue is the employees, they are arrogant, rude and enjoy finding reasons to verbally abuse customers. There was a misunderstanding with our order and was arrogantly told the problem was not their issue.

I've been meaning to leave this review for a while. Shrinkflation has hit this restaurant. Noticeably less meat on the subs since one or two years ago. I'm visiting less because the bang for the buck isn't there.
