Horrible experience. It took over an hour for us to get 2 subs. They had no organization and were calling people way out of order. Half the staff was just standing around. And we had to pay for fries to go when we were there long enough for it to be dine in. Oh yeah, and they are cash only. It’s 2025!

This was in fact on of the worst customer service experiences I have experienced in my adult life. I order a Portobello Mushroom sub, because I don't eat meat and haven't touched it for 4 years now.
