The staff is the best!
Shadyside is a good name for this hospital because they give shady service. If they are too busy to properly take care of their patients, they need to send some away! They are BAD!
Use Centre garage instead of Aiken. They help you and more handicapped parking.
Bring a pillow and something to entertain yourself. No TVs in surgery waiting room.
Very nice check-in personnel at the Surgery check-in.
Make sure if u go out for a smoke after 9 you go out the emergency exit its the only way back in

They do have Coca-Cola, you just have to know where to look!
if you parked in the garage on Centre, it's easier to walk outside than through the labyrinth for the East Wing or the Pavilion. enter from the next pull-off east down Centre
GIA - Guest Internet Access blows. Goes up and down.
Try not to eat in the cafeteria if you can help it ... Total waste of money!!
