Would rate it less than 1 star if I could. This place is a complete joke along with their employees (Robinson Mall location)

I work inside the mall. I went to this place two times (Robinson location) on my break. The first time there was a tall kid working the counter and he flat out ignored me and was laughing, talking and messing around with another employee. I only get 30 minute breaks it took this kid 10 minutes to actually greet me. I just left this place again and the same kid was there and he saw me over three times and ignored me again and was talking with another employee. The employee on the cash register had to tell him to help me twice. When he finally was getting my order ready he rolled his eyes and grunted when I asked for it to be “To Go”. Which meant he had to reach his arm two inches to grab one lid for a side of Mac and cheese. The amount of immaturity, disrespect and unprofessional service of this place is only ever when this kid is working there. I am a mall employee. I am very experienced in customer service. There is no reason a guest should ever be ignored and have eyes rolled at them for simply asking for a “To Go” lid and for someone to just acknowledge that you are there waiting to give them your business.

Greek stromboli was great. Service was... Poor.

The best pizza I've had in a while

Wow...so very good...the pasta was wonderful...I don't know which restaurant these other people were at...but I disagree with their assessments....

Wish I could leave NOOOO stars this place is awful had a party for are kid at build a bear witch was amazing the manager told me they only needed a couple hours notice so before the party I stopped​ and placed the order for 6 🍕 told them to have them ready for 3:00 went to the party come back​ and the employee I placed the order with was gone and did not tell anyone about the order ??? The manager then tells me if you still want them I can get them up fast I said yes I have 12 hungry kids 3 cheese 3 pepperoni this guy makes all 3 cheese at the same time not a mix??? I'm a chef and we serve pizza had an order for 40 pizzas and got them out on time in the middle of dinner with a oven that wasn't working properly this guy had no other orders at the time as he gives us the first 3 all cheese he continues to make more cheese witch I then had to remind him about the pepperoni so he just throws some on not even cooked. They partner with places and are supposed to give discounts for using them did not receive it but he did give us 10% off for them being as he said a little late​ 45mins later when they had 2 and a half hours to fill the order. If this happened in any other restaurant they would buy the whole check. DO NOT USE THEM for anything

I'm only giving one star because I can't give less. This place is a joke. We had a birthday party for our daughter at build a bear in the mall and requested 2 hours in advance (as they told us to do) 6 pizzas for 3:15pm - 3 cheese 3 pepperoni. Not only were they not ready on time, they weren't even started because the employee who took the order didn't bother to tell anyone else and left for the day. So, we had to wait for almost half an hour, and they made all cheese and tried to hide the fact that they were still making the order wrong. All the kids who wanted pepperoni had to wait even longer. My husband's restaurant serves pizza as well as a huge menu of many different items, and he can get 40 pizzas out on time when the pizza oven is broken, and these people can't even make 6 with a fully functioning kitchen. On top of everything else they didn't even bother to apologize, and actually thought taking $10 off an order over $100 was an acceptable resolution, AND they DID NOT honor the discount offered to anyone who has a build a bear party even though we told them at least twice. They're a rude, incompetent bunch of people and we will NEVER order from there again. We highly recommend anyone having a build a bear party (which was wonderful by the way) order food from somewhere else.

Had one sausage pizza roll at airport.

The manager served us food. He didn't wear gloves and his nasty looking hands kept touching the sides of my salad. I threw it away. That's so unsanitary. At least he didn't touch my Stromboli and it was good.

Pizza is pretty standard fare for mall court cuisine. It's quite expensive and not nearly as delicious as one would hope. It's served hotter than the surface of the sun so let it cool down a bit before eating.

German roaches in the stoves! Health department might shut them down!
