Service was atrocious. Fortunately the pizzas were excellent. Need 4 wait staff not 2 with hip problems.

The sauce for the pizza was good. That’s practically all I’ve got for it. I got a large pepperoni, asked for delivery and had no problem ordering that way. I spelled out the street name and things seemed perfectly fine. I was charged, delivery fee included. A bit less than ten minutes later I got a call from a Philadelphia number that simply asked where I lived. The caller said he wasn’t familiar with that address and needed to know where it was. I DIDN’T KNOW WHO IT WAS. He didn’t introduce himself. Finally, upon asking what the call was about, I seemed to wrestle the ‘I need to know if it’s in our delivery radius’ out. My brother in Christ, you’re probably calling me from a cell phone. It’s a Philly number. Look it up. After telling him the address and saying where it was, I was told they don’t deliver to my address and didn’t really offer much resolution. He was ready to hang up or at the very least made it seem that way. I said, “Well, can I pick it up?” and he seemed a bit surprised. He said yes. Upon getting it and looking at the receipt, I was still charged a delivery fee despite me picking it up and no one from Vincent’s getting in a car to DELIVER. Just kind of confused at the lack of consideration.

Edit: I know they won’t reply to this because they don’t know how to use Google Maps :)

Order came to over $58.00 with delivery charge and tip (1 chicken salad, 1 Steak & Cheese hoagie and 1 side order of fries). Received the $15.00 Chicken salad with half of the ingredients missing. When I called to let them know I got a condescending, passive aggressive response. We will never order from them again.

A family owned and operated establishment. The chicken parm was good . prices were reasonable.

If anything fried and cheese are your comfort foods of choice, disregard my review. Those of us with dietary restrictions can enjoy the bar, but little else. Service is stellar!

Dietary restrictions: Not for those with celiac!

We sat on the outdoor covered patio on a perfect day. It was great! Thin crust pizza was very good and not greasy crust! We had sausage and zucchini pizza. It was excellent. Sauce is a little spicy but delicious! Debbie our server was so nice and helpful!

Vincent’s has the best house dressing for their steak hoagies, my family and I have been getting hoagies here for years. The Price for a whole steak hoagie at $18 is kind of insane, so getting food here is not an every week kind of thing. The bartender/ take out girl was super sweet and pleasant!

A very friendly hometown vibe!
Their food is made fresh and is ABSOLUTELY worth the 8 min drive from the convention center in downtown Pittsburgh!
We enjoyed it so much we came back again before leaving town :)

Excellent wine selection!! Great servers, we had Chelsea and Debbie and the owner, Paul, is super friendly and cares a lot about your experience.

As a person who lives to take her time you will feel very comfortable coming here alone or with family bc when you walk through those doors you'll feel like family!

Highly recommend the wedding soup! You want the bowl not the cup LOL.
Also! Their Pittsburgh favorite fried zucchini are long long strips of zucchini not those little chip things that soak up too much grease. These things were outstanding! Not only were they long but they were dipped in a batter that was very light and fluffy and didn't taste greasy in the slighest.

The alfredo sauce has smooth silky texture and a deliciously creamy cheese taste!

The chef behind the sauce and all the food for that matter definitely puts a lot of care into the food they create, serious cannot get over how good that alfredo is!!

Very hearty portions! And the bread rolls are amazing little bites of deliciousness <3<3

Can also accommodate large parties on the 2nd floor so plenty of space for a gathering, we even saw a group from the local collage come in BUT even with the large group upstairs the downstairs still remained quaint and quiet.
[We asked and the upstairs holds 80]

Always worth stating one last time how much we recommend this place!! Friendly staff, friendly owner, lovely dining area and delightfully delicious food! If you are in the area make the stop!

Food was decent, atmosphere was ok. Not fancy by any means but we just stopped in for lunch so it was fine. Too hot to sit outside but would have been nice on a cooler day.

Go for their fish! Hand breaded on the spot. Crisp and fresh. The rest of their stuff is great, too! Scratch kitchen. Love this place
