I called this location at 9:55 and when the guy answered I asked if they were still open.. (I had just called the Monroeville store and they close at 10). His response was “I’m answering the phone aren’t I?” ... so I was like okay let me have an order for pickup. He asked the name and I said “Josh” and I don’t know if he misheard me or what but he repeated “Trash???”. Get people who have some customer service skills and maybe you’ll salvage your remaining locations....read full review
