We came to this location for our first time experience and Patrick was our server. We had the BEST breakfast experience!!!!!! Patrick was absolutely amazing, even with how insanely busy the place was he was tentatively checking in on us, being helpful, and overall just an AWESOME server. Food was absolutely lovely as well and we were in and out very quickly. We would highly recommend dining here :)

We had an office brunch. It was the first time I was there. I had a goat cheese-mushroom omelet, which was awesome. The coffee was very good too. I'd definitely like to go back and try other options.

Shallow is the word I would use. The servers were nice, but it's clear the restaurant is under-staffed and overpriced. Very small portions of a soggy waffle, mistakes in what we received, and a long, long wait for food when they weren't packed.
The Southside location is better, but also overpriced.

I was able to get a keto waffle, which is on program for diabetics. Waitress greeted me with a smile, and kept my coffee full.

We recently tried Waffles INCaffeinated and really enjoyed the experience! They offer some pretty unique and creative waffle combinations that made it fun to try something different. A great spot if you’re looking to mix up your usual breakfast routine!

I love this restaurant. I've been to the North Huntington location and Upper St.Clair. Both had top-tier service and excellent food quality! The only thing I would complain about is that the price is hefty. Breakfast with my 7yr daughter ended up being $50. I didn't even get a waffle. I don't mind paying for quality, but to me, that's a lot. I still highly recommend! 👌🏾

Wonderful food, I have been to Waffles Inc. Twice, and it is a beautiful thing. Lol The waffles themselves are great, and then all the different selections are delicious looking. The sausage gravy waffles taste wonderful and filling.

This place is a rip off. 2 cups of coffee, an omelette, and breakfast sandwich was $51 with 20% tip for mediocre service. The food was fine, good even—but this place is overpriced by 30%.
