Only one vegan menu item- waffle - but made w any combo you can imagine. I added pecans to the batter and topped w strawberries, blueberries, and raspberry. Extremely good and the waitress was super attentive.
This is such a neat place! Our waitress was prompt and efficient, memorizing our three orders without writing them down and bringing everything out exactly as ordered. And of course, the waffles were delicious.

the food was really good but it was a little pricey for breakfast food. they were slightly busy but our service was overall very slow. our server argued with the host before we were sat about needing another table so we were that table. we were asked what we wanted to eat and then she brought the meals then checks. that’s the only 3 times she came over except it was 20 minutes between each time. if you have a lot of time it’s worth it but if you have plans that day, it isn’t.

The food was excellent, but the service was mediocre. They were understaffed, and our waitress had difficulty multitasking. It took 35 minutes for our waitress to come take our drink order and another 15 minutes to get them. We had to flag her down repeatedly so we could leave our food order.

Long wait times followed by pricy and flaccid waffles with subpar toppings served on dirty plates. The staff are great at handling such a busy place, if only more people could get a taste of the food before coming. Particularly underwhelming.

This was my first time here and I'm not a complainer but our server seemed unable to focus. The coffe cup had a hard substance on the edges and it took sometime for the server to bring another. When our server brough new cups of coffee, it was luke warm at best.
Our food was cold and appeared to sit out for some time. I looked around at other sections and their food appeared appetizing, hot, and enjoyable.
Because of our time constraints we sucked it up because of our four hour drive.
I hope the store manager Dave can correct this. Amber was great in stepping in and assisting in trying to make it a better experience. Because of Amber's awesome energy I will consider returning.

In town for training, this place is a couple blocks from hotel. Thought the concept was intersting, petty much everything on a waffle. Nice place, staff is welcoming. I took a chance and tried Country Benedict and Peach Bellini. What a wonderful surprise. It was wonderful. I could live without the waffle but I enjoyed everything bite. I highly recommend trying this spot. I just might go back tomorrow, we don't have a place like this at home.

1. Food 3.5 - waffles ok, chicken is sweet, some fruit bruised, some browning.
2. Service 3.5 - I watched my food sit at the window while 3 people walked past it. Saw employees talking to some customers in groups, which is okay sometimes. After giving food, she kept coming back - asked 3 times if food was ok, which was nice.
3. Atmosphere 4 - just ok. The music was a little loud but it got some good songs. Pretty clean space.

Everything was great. We had a party of 8 and everyone’s orders came out warm, quick, and delicious! Come with an empty stomach, as I couldn’t even finish my chicken and waffles! My only complaint is the table situation is a little squished but that’s also what you get with a waffle diner. Very good and would come again

Pick up, everyone was friendly, my only complaint is I did not like the texture of the crepes. The texture is more waffle like but I can only assume it’s all the same batter, I just wasn’t a fan, they aren’t classic crepes I am use too but it looked good and the fruit was fresh and tasty.

So we went here a few times last year during a convention and the food was quite good, but the first time we went this year we had some of the worst service I've had for as long as I can remember. The food took a while but they were busy so I wasn't too bothered by that, but the server, just, I've never experienced anything like it. First she openly shamed what my friend was ordering cause it was pretty plain and taking a lot of stuff off. Then she snuck up behind me all of a sudden, and I got in a panic and spilled the latte a bit on the table, that wouldn't have bothered me that much but she kept trying to put blame on me, and brought it up again TWO SEPARATE TIMES when coming to the table, after the second time I was done. I would have been fine if she had just let it go but that fact she kept being it up just really upset me. Needless to say, I'm not coming back.
