They wouldn’t let me get my mobile carry out order without going through the drive thru. They wanted me to get my car from work. They insisted I do it. I’m not walking back to work for my car, that seems ridiculous. All I wanted was my coffee and sandwich. I canceled the order. I’m never going back. This Wendy’s has been the worst over the years. Not everyone has a car. What are people that ride the bus supposed to do? I’m not the type of person to get upset at fast food employees. It’s a stressful job, I get that. They managed to make me upset enough to leave a review.

There were zero other customers on a normal Saturday lunch hour 7/26/25. One self-order kiosk was broken, the other covered in a list of items that they were out of stock of. The girl at the counter was on a personal call on her phone. The food we could order was quick and mostly accurate, but the freestyle machine was out of everything except Mello Yellow and Hi-C. The guy behind the counter just shrugged and did not think to offer to fill our drinks using the drive thru fountain until after we asked.

Very watered down menu compared to other locations. No chicken sandwiches of any kind. Fries were served cold.

I honestly don’t know what this Wendy’s is trying to be. They have this giant, expensive fireplace in the middle of the restaurant that isn’t even working – it’s just sitting there as decoration, collecting dust like the rest of the place. They installed these fancy ordering machines, but there were literally 15 workers just standing in the back room doing nothing, refusing to take orders at the front counter.

Last time I checked, the tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since 1880 – sticky, dusty, and just gross. The soda machine? Out of almost everything. Out of 100 options, maybe four actually worked. And don’t even think about trying their Cinnabon – the icing tasted like mayonnaise smeared on a kitchen sponge. Disgusting.

The windows had a dried tomato stain just dripping down, making the place look like a murder scene from a pizza shop. Every single worker had a pack of cigarettes on them, and they were yelling and swearing so loudly you could hear it from the parking lot.

This place is honestly a joke. If you want to keep your sanity (and stomach), go literally anywhere else.

I came here previously before close and the dining room was closed while the drive through was open. I understand closing the dining room a bit earlier than the drive through. I tried to go today at 1pm for lunch and yet again, dining room closed, drive through open. Many Pittsburghers use public transportation and don’t have cars. I am one of them, so I couldn’t get anything and went to McDonalds instead.

After a confirmation was incoherently mumbled at me through the mic, I grabbed my food and drove home only to discover that they forgot the patty on my burger. Unprecedented levels of incompetence.
The fries were awful too, tasting like they'd cooked and saturated with fryer oil old enough to drink.

Ordered 22 nuggets got 7 and extra fries, clearly the workers are slow. I also waited for my door dash driver for an hour it seems they gave me old food/ whatever they wanted to give me.

If I could give zero stars I would. We came from 2 hours away for a mini vacation and stopped here on our way back home. Have 3 adults and 3 kids in the car (2, 5, &7) and they kept asking over and over what we wanted as soon as we got there even though we asked for a minute to decide and maybe sat there for not even 2 minutes when we had only gotten 1 persons order in, while our kids were trying to decide. They were complaining we were taking too long and having a complete TERRIBLE attitude. Red headed manager is the WORST and was letting his employee be just as rude with our kids in the car watching and hungry. Never coming here again. Would not recommend. Terrible customer service. I don’t see how they get customers at all acting like that. If you don’t like your job get a new one where you don’t have to interact with people.

It's dirty and the floor is very slippery. That floor needs stripped completely & no wax.
