I am posting this as a reminder of how terrible people are. I after working a 16 hour day at work having to be back to work in less than 8 hours made the unfortunate decision to go to this place and attempt to get what they pass off as food however upon arrival at the screen the guy ask for my order I tell him 2 biggie bags junior bacon cheese he says drinks I tell him no drinks he then threats me that I must get drinks because that how it is I thought this was America but nope he then says he has to charge me more if I don't get drinks charge me more for less food wow I then say I guess I don't want nothing then and as I get ready to leave because it's obvious I'm not getting what I want just then the manager in a nasty tone says she does not appreciate me getting mean with her staff ok I said how was I rude she responded she heard the whole conversation she then informed me the her staff member was going to offer me a bottle of water I am speechless right now she the in probably the nastiest tone tells me have a good night so needless to say yeah there is no decorum here sorry for all the run-on sentences I just had to put this out there. What a dumpster fire.

I don’t even know where to start. This was BY FAR the WORST experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant/ Wendy’s. To start there was literal human feces all over the entire women’s bathroom left by a staff member!! Second, the food tasted like it was old. The entire place was honestly just filthy and you could tell that the staff was not cleaning every night or throughout the day. Very displeased with the entire experience and I will never be going back!

Got the wrong order, had to return and they literally handed it off to another person after I had driven
off with it.
I mean we would want to correct our mistake to the customer waiting by making them a fresh meal. Weird

I ordered before I had somewhere to be. 15 mins later my order wasn't even started, which fine, they were busy and understaffed, I get it. I asked for my order which was placed on the app to be cancelled as I had to leave. The manager was so rude and told me I had to contact Wendy's customer service to cancel. So I've been going back and forth with customer service for over a week now trying to get my money back. They are telling me I have to go through this specific location. So the manager telling me to contact customer service was a lie. I just want my refund!

I haven’t been to Wendy’s in a while. I was very disappointed in the crispy chicken sandwich, it was nothing like I remember. It was an interesting. The bun was soggy, The french fries were hard and cold. The woman working at the restaurant was very surly. I didn’t even get change that I was supposed to get, it will be a while before I go to Wendy’s again

Whoever that young man was on the window duty in Aspinwall, s rude and nasty. We ordered a biggie without tomatoes and mayo. He kept over talking my husband. He ordered a Fanta. He gave us 2 Strawberry Sprite. I asked about the order, he ran the order back wrong and closed the window. He knew he messed up the order, because he was about the hand us the Fanta we asked for as well. Please hire people who want to work and give good customer service. My husband threw all his food out the window. Mind you, my husband has to eat after his dialysis treatments.

Two things - Frosty had a weird chemical taste. Either they dont clean the machine, or they put too much cleaner in and dont rinse it properly. Just a weird funky chemical taste which sucks because who doesnt think the Frosty is the high point of any Wendy's visit?
Also, the people working there (at least for my visit) seemed generally miserable and unpleasant. Why does every Wendy's in Pittsburgh suck? (With the noted exception of the Wexford store, now the only one I will go to). Seems a regional manager might need replaced or retrained. Also the one lady had hair that went down to her knees almost. That hardly seems sanitary in a place that has deep fryers and food laying everywhere. Whatever... I wont be back anytime soon. Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave.
