I ask for extra bacon and lettuce on my number 6. I got one piece of bacon and one piece of lettuce. Got charged for extra bacon but didn’t even get the regular amount

Ordered queso bacon burger...OMG one of the worse things I've ever tried to eat. Too much cheese it overwhelms the sandwich, never mind it is the MESSIEST thing on earth.
Maybe a good idea, but bad presentation.
Stay clear of this thing

Ordered a sour cream and chives baked potato got home no sour cream or chives just a plain potato 3rd time it's happened I tried to call and complain somebody would answer the phone not say anything then hang up on me I'm done with this store

I don't know what my cashier's problem is. But she seemed very angry that she had to work. I picked up my order, which seemed to incite the wrath of a middle-aged woman without a name tag. I work service too, I understand you have a bad day sometimes, but this person was unfairly rude. You could at least try to smile,and if not, at least treat me with respect.

I am posting this as a reminder of how terrible people are. I after working a 16 hour day at work having to be back to work in less than 8 hours made the unfortunate decision to go to this place and attempt to get what they pass off as food however upon arrival at the screen the guy ask for my order I tell him 2 biggie bags junior bacon cheese he says drinks I tell him no drinks he then threats me that I must get drinks because that how it is I thought this was America but nope he then says he has to charge me more if I don't get drinks charge me more for less food wow I then say I guess I don't want nothing then and as I get ready to leave because it's obvious I'm not getting what I want just then the manager in a nasty tone says she does not appreciate me getting mean with her staff ok I said how was I rude she responded she heard the whole conversation she then informed me the her staff member was going to offer me a bottle of water I am speechless right now she the in probably the nastiest tone tells me have a good night so needless to say yeah there is no decorum here sorry for all the run-on sentences I just had to put this out there. What a dumpster fire.

I don’t even know where to start. This was BY FAR the WORST experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant/ Wendy’s. To start there was literal human feces all over the entire women’s bathroom left by a staff member!! Second, the food tasted like it was old. The entire place was honestly just filthy and you could tell that the staff was not cleaning every night or throughout the day. Very displeased with the entire experience and I will never be going back!

Got the wrong order, had to return and they literally handed it off to another person after I had driven
off with it.
I mean we would want to correct our mistake to the customer waiting by making them a fresh meal. Weird
