Told that the burger were cooking and to pull over.
10 minutes later they came out with the order.
The taco salad was missing the chips and no burgers and no fries.
This is the worst place I have been in a long time.

Of all the fast food restaurants, Wendy's is my favorite. Normally I wouldn't mention a worker there, but Mary Ann took really good care of my friend and I went our fries were not hot. She made sure that we got really great fries. I have always enjoyed their burgers.

How many horrendous reviews does this place need to get before someone from corporate takes an interest?
Just as all of the other reviews have stated; the staff is incredibly rude and treat the customers like a huge burden. If you’re trying to order inside the store - good luck getting an employee away from swinging the shovel out of the drive-thru window so they can cheat the timer. Interior is very dirty and disgusting. You already know that the ice machine will be empty and the ketchup pumps will be bone-dry. Everyone is on their cellphone in their own little world. It really is a joke. This place has completely turned me off to Wendy’s, in general. No matter what day/week/year you decide to visit - it never gets any better. Do yourself a big favor and avoid this place. The employees don’t want you there anyway. Trust me.

Went threw drive thru took 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Pulled to the window the guy was hang out with a shovel in his hand ( not sure what he was doing with it)
Took my money . Not sure if he and other employees washed there hands. Got my food 5 minutes after giving my money. Food was cold. Iced coffee was not good.
The health department needs to go in this wendys asap. Or they need to be shut down. Never going back there.

Placed A Mobile Order Through The App, And Set A Time For 1:10 Pick Up.

Obviously 30 Mins Wasn’t Enough Time To Make A meal. Waisted My Entire Lunch Break, Waiting Because They Dont Have Enough Fries.

One Of The Workers Are Filling Fries for The Windows But Not For My Order While I Continue To Wait.

Don’t Waste Your Time Here.

The Team Is Obviously Not Taught Time Management.

When a fast food restaurant takes 20minutes to get one burger ready, then it shouldn't be considered a fast food restaurant anymore. Worse, you are not told it will be 20minutes until your food is ready. You are just told to pull into the parking lot and you keep guessing.HORRIBLE!!

this is by far the worst Wendy's i have ever been to. drove through the drive-thru, sat there for 5 minutes, and no answer. so we parked and went inside. took 5 minutes to get served. workers are out of uniform, one of them cuts in front of me to fill up her cup with orange juice, yelling at each other, 3 of them left randomly to go eat or sit or play on their phone or smoke, and there was one girl banging the concrete with a shovel. shoutout to the dude that served us though he was very nice and I think he may have been doing everyone else's jobs for them

Soda fountain had no ice, was told can get it from the counter but nobody was available to wait on anyone, they were tied up with the drive thru, I was about to just go into the employee area myself and get my ice but left the place instead while drinking pop warm PS the Fanta was flat, several had no seltzer 😔

This is for the Wendy's on Mcknight Rd.across from entrance to Ross Park mall. We.went thru drive thru which were two cars in front of us and it took at least 15 mins. to finally get to order box. Person answering was unlegible and rude! Placed order and finally got near window and your staff person shoved a SHOVEL out the window to I guess stop us!!! So we sat there for at least 5 mins.without her saying a word to us and so we decided to just leave. HOW RUDE!!! IF THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST U CAN DO, TRY HARDER!!!

Wendy's I had a horrible experience at store #00002364. A flat, lukewarm burger and fries i waited 10 minutes for. A broken ice machine and fruit flies in the ketchup and cups area . Food tossed in a bag for dine-in instead of on a tray. 7-8 employees working at a snails pace. This is what I unwrapped... to top it off, I went out to my car to put a Pic on fb, and watched employees stick a shovel out of the drive thru window MULTIPLE(>20) TIMES to trick the sensors into thinking they were efficient while I saw at least 4 cars waiting in the lot for their food at any given time. This is the 3rd Pittsburgh area Wendy's that was filthy and had poor service I've been to. The last 2 are gone. Closed. Razed in fact. Dear owner, your staff is bsing you on their performance. They just don't care.
