This place was disappointing soda machines ice did not work. The soda had no carbonation. When food was ready it just sat there. Why ask for a name if you're not going to call it out. Only reason why I noticed was because I went to see whar qas taking so long. Food came out alright. Customer service was meh at best

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s in the area. The staff lack any sort of respect towards the customers. I walked in a stood at the register looking at them while they all stood around not doing anything. The dude taking my order literally read it all back to me and still put it in the system wrong. The staff needs to be replaced at this location with people who actually care about the work they’re doing and aren’t just there for a paycheck. The staff are completely rude to anybody that steps foot in the door. The quality is not there. The manager leaving the store because her shift was over was the one who answered me and my complaint that my girls food wasn’t in the bag. Corporate absolutely needs to replace the people working at this location. The guy working the drive through looked higher than a kite. And I don’t throw that around lightly. I hate to be that person to write a bad review on a place I go to, but this place is beyond embarrassing. 0/10 service 0/10 employees. Terrible all around. Do not go here if you want “fast food”

Consistently the worst fast food place I've ever been to. I work in the shopping center and I don't like panda and Panera is too expensive so I occasionally go to Wendy's. They haven't had ice since October. They NEVER have ketchup. The service is the worst of all time and the tables are always covered with crap. A true dump.

Service is awful. In a slow moving line but when I finally got to the speaker, recorded message played then I waited ~10 minutes at the drive through speaker and no one took my order or even came on to ask me to wait. No cars in front or at the window. Wasted my lunch break trying to stop here.

It was an overall awful dining in experience. The food we waited for was cold or barely warm. The workers were rude, inexperienced. I had my two year old nephew with me and the language was not work or public appropriate and MOST definitely not appropriate for him. I was appalled by the stuff that was said and will not be returning to this place.

You have to experience this place. It is the least amount of customer service you can experience. Every time you go, it gets worse. That means every time you go, it's the worst Wendy's experience of your life. From the snow shovel they use to reset the drive-thru counter, to the hippopotamus who guards extra sauces as if it was her daughter's sacred honor, you're in for a treat. Don't ask for a baked potato. You'll get French fries thrown at you and told it's "basically the same thing" Go for the baconator. Stay for the entertainment.

Told that the burger were cooking and to pull over.
10 minutes later they came out with the order.
The taco salad was missing the chips and no burgers and no fries.
This is the worst place I have been in a long time.

Of all the fast food restaurants, Wendy's is my favorite. Normally I wouldn't mention a worker there, but Mary Ann took really good care of my friend and I went our fries were not hot. She made sure that we got really great fries. I have always enjoyed their burgers.

How many horrendous reviews does this place need to get before someone from corporate takes an interest?
Just as all of the other reviews have stated; the staff is incredibly rude and treat the customers like a huge burden. If you’re trying to order inside the store - good luck getting an employee away from swinging the shovel out of the drive-thru window so they can cheat the timer. Interior is very dirty and disgusting. You already know that the ice machine will be empty and the ketchup pumps will be bone-dry. Everyone is on their cellphone in their own little world. It really is a joke. This place has completely turned me off to Wendy’s, in general. No matter what day/week/year you decide to visit - it never gets any better. Do yourself a big favor and avoid this place. The employees don’t want you there anyway. Trust me.
