It was a horrible experience this evening around 7 I had this girl with craters on her face tell this other associate how bad he was doing on. So when I got my order I put a word in once the young man walked away and I said to the young lady that had craters on her face to watch her tone but she continued to get smart with me and I don’t have a name but all I know is she has craters all over her face I don’t have a name for this person at this time but I would like to go to hr about this experience it was horrendous and this location is a 1/10 experience I wouldn’t recommend coming here food was cold and when it got to me I was mad overall never again.

Went through the drive through today at 1:20. Placed a simple order for a biggie bag and a spicy chicken sandwich. After waiting inline to get to the pickup window and then at the window for another 10 minutes they asked me to pull forward to wait for my food. 4 cars got their food while we were still waiting another 10 minutes. I go inside and wait in line there to talk to someone. At this point 20 minutes later I got some excuse about the order not being placed correctly. Your fault not mine. I asked for a refund. Which you never gave or a receipt. You eventually handed me my food. No refund! No drink for the biggie meal and sent me on my way. All the employees were busy on their personal cell phones. This is my last trip to Wendy's at this location. Do better.

The service at this Wendy's in HORRENDOUS. The drive-thru person has a snow shovel that they hang out the window to reset the drive-thru clock. Meanwhile after you order ...they are telling you to pull up to a parking spot. There was 6 cars ahead of me that had to park and wait to get their order. STAY AWAY from this Wendy's.

This place is disgusting. It is over staffed with people just standing around but can’t bother to actually speak to you. Everything about this place is dirty from the employees to the establishment. My food was awful, cold soggy fries my lettuce tasted like dirt. Nuggets tasted awful. And I had to go in after going through the drive thru to get the food they forgot. They couldn’t even give me the correct condiments! They also toss a dirty shovel out the window after every car. Just over all gross and needs shut down. Happens every visit too. This was def my last.

They are very professional sometimes they do joke around but hey they are human too but when it comes to the job they do work hard for their pay
