We just ordered 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers, 1 double stack bacon burger, a medium fry, and a small sprite. We were the only ones in line and it took forever to get our food, the workers were too busy talking to get our food, the burgers were dry as hell, the cheese wasn't melted, the buns were stale, and the bacon was hard as a rock. Then the workers weren't polite at all. That explains why they are never busy.

Will never return to this Wendy’s. I’ve given them plenty of chances to get things right, never once can they. This morning was the last straw. I placed an online order this morning for breakfast after seeing the hours being that they open at 7:30am, I placed my order at 9:45am, arrived shortly after to pick up my order just to be ignored at the ordering window. Then when I pulled up to the pickup window to see what was going on, workers are standing around inside playing on their phones and doing whatever they wanted with items inside the restaurant. After a few minutes of still being ignored, a younger girl opens the window to tell me “we aren’t open at the moment, we won’t be open until 11:00am.” This was said to me after I had already said I had ordered and paid for my order. Would not offer any kind of resolution to the issue at all and shut the window on me. I do not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone for any reason.

Waited 20 mins in drive thru to order my wife a salad. Finally got up to the speaker and was told they have none. I pulled up and asked the manager why they didn't didn't put up a sign telling customers there are no salads and save me a 20 min wait. She said she isn't allowed to post signs. Wonderful. Went there at 630 and waited and waited at the speaker. So I pulled up at the window and was told they were closed and go McDonald's! Have had other ridiculous bad experiences, so I gave up on them. I go to the one on Lebanon Church Road. Service and food is good. I hear this one is closing I say good riddance to them!

Each and every time I have been here, a total of 3 there have been problems. There were computer problems. Once the entire system was down at lunch and you couldn't even order. But rather than close they made you wait in line at the drive through and then tell you. Another time the card readers were down and they could only accept cash. The third time the printer was jammed and they couldn't print receipts.They have never gotten my order correct. My single had 7 pickles on it, I didn't ask for extra pickle. I ordered a son of baconator, It's supposed to be a double, it was a single. The fries were cold in spite of their hot and crispy guarantee. It was 5:30 in the afternoon (dinner rush) and they were out of chili. They didn't bother to tell me until the pickup window.They did refund the chili but since they couldn't print receipts I couldn't verify this and will have to wait for my card statement.Since I have never had a good experience at this particular Wendy's it's most likely a manger problem. I will not be returning to this Wendy's. The other one a mile or so away is much better.

Stopped in while traveling through. Restroom filthy as was dining room. Staff were inattentive. Both burgers we ordered were incorrect assembled. Fountain drinks were empty. No salt packets. Sorry to say it was the worst Wendy’s I’ve been in, and they are normally my preferred chain.

OMG this was such an awful place to stop for food, the manager seriously needs to take control. Staff sitting in the restaurant eating, vaping, belching very loudly, more like a kids playground than a fast food restaurant. The restrooms were filthy, restaurant floor had trampled food, floor area visible behind the serving counter was littered with food scraps and food wrappings - an absolute health hazard in my opinion.

the girl sat at the drive thru window and acted like her headset was off, i’ve gone to fast food enough to know there is a tv to watch someone pull up. now gave us the wrong food, and put traffic cones in the drive thru so people can’t get through. come on.

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Went thru the drive thru, food is stale and cold and the order was wrong. Nobody answers phone to correct wrong orders and doors are always locked. Definitely will not go here again.

Told us they didn't have any frosties left after we had already paid. Left frosties on bill and told us to take it up with corporate.

EXTREMELY SLOW. I place a mobile order online for drive thru pick up. I literally waited in line for 25 minutes drive thru before I even got to the window. There was only 5 cars ahead of me. Waited at the drive thru window 5 minute before anyone even came to the window. When someone FINALLY did come to the window. They ask me to pull off to the side and they would bring the food out to me. I refuse. I ask to speak to the manager. I talked to the shift manager Brittany. She blame the slow service on a shift change over, lack of products, and half the staff being new. I waited in line over 30 minutes and didn't want to hear excuses. I cancelled my mobile order and left. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.I WILL NOT BE EATING AT ANY OTHER WENDY'S ANYTIME SOON. ALSO THE DINNER ROOM WAS CLOSED AND YOUR ONLY ABLE TO ORDER IN THE DRIVE THRU. NO REASON CUSTOMERS SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT 30 MINUTES IN A DRIVE THRU.

This place is absolutely horrible... we spent 15 mins at the drive thru with no acknowledgement.. then I had an easy order they still messed it up... gave me a drink and spilled it because they didn't have the lid on... on top of everything they were talking shot on customers while we were at the pickup window and saying how they weren't going to serve anyone else... 0/10 would not reccomenend

Just went to get a Frosty. They said “we stopped selling Frostys tonight”. What is that? How do you just not sell something? I mean, if the machine is broken, ok. But just not selling them? Awesome.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Dining room closed before 6pm, although the sign in the door states 8pm? The drive through is at a minimum a half-hour long. Just close this place down already, they obviously don't want the business.
