It’s says open until midnight. You go at 10pm one night and nobody’s there. You show up another night and they’re out of majority of their options. You go there again around 11pm, placing an online order through the app and complete payment, but the drive thru says they’re closed. A waste of time and completely frustrating.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Wendy’s (6296 Steubenville Pike). My orders are often wrong, missing items or completely incorrect ones. I’ve had to drive back more than once just to get what I originally paid for. The staff are rude and make it seem like a hasslewhen they make the mistake. It’s frustrating to have to double-check every bag before leaving. Definitely needs better quality control and attention to detail.

How this place manages to keep above a 3-star rating is beyond me. Who is managing this place? The standards here are low enough for anyone to be employed I guess. The front desk attendant was so spaced out that she couldn't remember what she did 30 seconds ago let alone who ordered what.

Worst Wendy’s experience. Waited 15 minutes in drive thru at the order place, to be told to wait wait wait. So we finally went inside, the kid behind the counter ignored us, then finally asked what he could get for us, he got cut off by the drive thru person to ring something in. No apologies, no service at all. They got our order wrong, we had to wait 10 minutes inside for our food. Again, no sorry or any type of apology. 25 minutes waiting on “fast food”. What a joke. Kids working were wiping down empty tables, restocking items that were full, no one was helping cook. Would never come to this location again.
