Just recently went to Wendy’s with my friend around 8pm. There were only two staffed members, and the lady taking my order was extremely passive aggressive. She barely acknowledged my saying thank you and kindness I was giving her. I assume she was a manager. My friend asked for some ketchup and she looked at her and then just walked away. I used to work here and I swear this company always has rude employees.
I was just at Wendy’s. The general manager was asking people in drive through their orders. She was being very rude and condescending. When I called and asked her name, I heard her in the background say hang up. Worst service ever. Will be calling corporate
