The food was what you would expect. Good but obviously still fast food. Service was exceptional. Staff were extremely polite and friendly, moreso than most fast food restaurants, about on par with a nice diner. Would visit again next time I'm passing through and need something quick to eat. Not having to deal with rude or lazy staff is worth driving a little out of the way for this Wendy's, within reason.

I ordered $20 worth of food and they can't even give a single BBQ cup without wanting a 50 cent upcharge. I don't blame the worker I blame the manager who pulled her aside and demanded an upcharge instead of being a decent human being. I love Wendy's but this one is under crap management. Hope that 50 cent BBQ was worth it because I will not be returning to this particular location.

We walked in to the restaurant, four people were visibly working but all four staff members looked at us & no one said a word. After about 5 minutes someone walked up to the computer typing on his cellphone, never even looked at us & walked away. It was unreal how 5 employees could go without even saying “we’ll be with you soon” we turn around & left after 12 minutes of being ignored.

We placed our dine-in order while in the parking lot, and by the time we had our drinks and were settled at our table with condiments and napkins, our food was ready. The fries were fresh and hot, and the meal met our expectations.

paid extra for sauce on DoorDash and didn’t get one sauce in my bag. The food was cold, hard and gross. I’ve worked in food service and I don’t understand how you fumble as hard as they did with as simple of an order we had. And this isn’t the first time. Do better and train your employees

No idea when they open, but it isnt 8 am, even though there are clearly workers inside. Didn't even try the drive thru after they watched us try to open the front door. Im 39 weeks pregnant.

Sign says dining room is open at 8 AM, but it wasn't 😆 We ordered 4 biscuits and 2 coffees and we were told to pull into a parking spot and they'd bring it to us. 15 minutes later we went back through and said we didn't get our food. waited another 5 minutes to get the food and it was lukewarm-so obviously not freshly made so not sure wht it took 20 minutes. The caramel coffee tastes like straight up coffee grounds 😆 🤣 Not sure what's going on there but it's kind of a piping hot mess...actually it's more of a luke-warm mess 😆 🤣 😂

Earlier I pulled into the Wendy’s drive thru to pick up my mobile order and the lady at the window said “here’s your food, your second drink will be out in a second” I said “ok” then an older, heavy set woman with crazy long nails with brown dirt under them opens the drive thru window; says “here” with my drink in her hand and her hand just barely being outside the window, so I had to strain to lean as much as I could to grab my drink. I said “thanks” and she let the window close. Do NOT recommend and I will be going elsewhere for fast food.

Me and my family came here and we got cold fries the lady was shaking her head and talking under her breath when my mom told her our drinks were wrong and she still gave us the wrong drinks after we said something at least the food was ok…
They kind lady working the front register named Kayleigh was very kind and recommended a good chocolate chunk cookie

They seem to have a problem getting orders right. You have to check everything before you pull away from the drive thru.
