I trust Wendy’s breakfast pretty well, but this visit reminded me why I always do mobile orders, even if muffin sandwiches aren’t available on the app for some inexplicable reason.
The order was pretty simple: #1 small meal + 2/$3 deal comprising a sausage muffin sandwich and a small seasoned potatoes. The lady behind the counter very slowly rung it up, and after not repeating any part of the order back to me, said it’d be a little over $10 after my $2 off a breakfast combo deal. I received my receipt, and it turned out she somehow misinterpreted my order as having 2 muffins in the 2/$3 deal plus a side of small potatoes, charged separately at full price.
I pointed out the error to the cashier, and she basically tried gaslighting me into thinking I ordered a 2/$3 deal comprised of 2 muffins, not one muffin and one small potatoes. I told her I only wanted one muffin, not two, so she went over to the drive through window and – after about a minute – refunded me $2 of my order.
There was just one more problem: while they refunded me the difference, they then set out my order incorrectly anyway, putting out the #1 small meal and a sausage muffin – but omitting the additional small potatoes for some reason! I wanted to bring up the mistake, but not wanting to be a Karen, I said “to heck with it” and begrudgingly accepted what I was given.
The food being decent and the restaurant being fairly clean are probably the only reasons I have for giving a 2 instead of a 1.

Terrible the skinny black lady has a terrible attitude and they got 5people behind the counter and no one knows how to work the register they arent understaffed just lazy and can't do their job

It’s gonna be a 50/50 chance if you’ll get to order. Sometimes they just don’t wanna serve people. Sometimes the POS system is down. Either way it’s poorly managed. Don’t waste your time.

Terrible service was standing there for 15 to 20 minutes got told I'll help you in a minute and no assistance so tried yourself order kiosk it wouldn't accept the card I know the card works I just used it

Ordered thru uber eats.. got large frie containers with the amount of a small fries inside them. Ordered the thin mint frosty and they sent a lemonade? Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, but received one . Really a good lesson on why you should just cook in todays world of inflation and people just not taking pride in their work.

Can't wait to hear the food prep people moan, swear, & complain about whatever it is that you ordered? Do you want to watch the managers eat fries directly from the fry prep? Wanna hear workers complain & cuss out the other customers? Well.... This place has all this & more!!!! Served up daily!
Kid-friendliness: If your kid likes to swear like a sailor, bring them in!
