They still hire only the worst. They forget to include napkins and a straw for your drink and are generally rude. However, they're now adding black thick coarse curly hair to their french fries. Vomit inducing. Looked like pubic hair.

Waited 25 minutes with only three people in front of me before I finally gave up. The order screen was also broken. Save yourself some time and drive to any other Wendy's and you'll get your food quicker. That includes the travel time

I ordered off DoorDash and I was missing 6 piece nugget. In my 10 piece nugget I didn’t even get 10 nuggets! Additionally never got any straws with my drinks

I ordered a hot sandwich—and was instead handed a stone-cold, unappetizing mess. No one offered to remake it or even apologized. On top of that, the cashier was brimming with attitude, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by placing an order
This Wendy’s ALWAYS screws the order up. I could place and win bets on whether an item is missing or wrong. I truly don’t understand how it can be so consistently incompetent. Check your order before leaving or you’ll be sorry.

I don’t usually write reviews but this food is so cold or burnt terrible!
No water in the men's room sink to rinse your hands. I had to use the Coke machine water dispenser. Manager didn't care.

Since I've spent most of my service technician time in a van. I've come to know most of the fast food restaurants in Pittsburgh. This Wendy's in particular has yet to get an order wrong, short wait times, friendly staff. And good food even towards the end of the shift when they're about to close. A big thank you to everybody that orders a meal with a number on it.

Drive through. Workers were pleasant enough and order was correct. Chili was good, chicken sandwhiches had a very small piece of lettuce and tomatoe and not even a teaspoon of mayo, baked potatoes were almost not edible. Skin looked like the potato was a year old and the potato itself was hard and barely able to get a fork in it as well as gray in color.

The customer service is great, however this is the stickiest Wendy's in Pittsburgh. Everything is sticky. The floors, the doors, the tables/chairs, the soda machine has a faint moldy odor...and it's very sticky. Everything just feels dirty and it needs a good cleaning. Again the staff is great and the food is fine but it's just so dirty inside.
Night shift is missing hospitality training and effective leadership
