Since I've spent most of my service technician time in a van. I've come to know most of the fast food restaurants in Pittsburgh. This Wendy's in particular has yet to get an order wrong, short wait times, friendly staff. And good food even towards the end of the shift when they're about to close. A big thank you to everybody that orders a meal with a number on it.
Drive through. Workers were pleasant enough and order was correct. Chili was good, chicken sandwhiches had a very small piece of lettuce and tomatoe and not even a teaspoon of mayo, baked potatoes were almost not edible. Skin looked like the potato was a year old and the potato itself was hard and barely able to get a fork in it as well as gray in color.
Part of my order was take-out, and Leanora said that they didn't do those plastic Wendy's bags anymore. When I came back to the counter when my order was ready, she had found a plastic grocery bag for me. Very kind and very nice, and had got my order right on the first try too. Wendy's needs more employees like her.
