The store was closed before 2 am. An actual close hour is 2 am. I came here at 12:45 am. And they were closed. I drive here abt 25 minutes. That’s so weird.

This particular location is troublesome. I've learned gur the past 10 years not to go here after 2pm bc the food rarely is hot or rarely tastes as though they just made it when you placed the order. This was my first time stopping since they started serving breakfast. All I can say is NEVER AGAIN. Ordered the egg and cheese on biscuits and medium seasoned potatoes. Potatoes barely warm, and the egg was cold... The other Wendy's in this area is ALWAYS good food but it's 15 minutes away and I was in a hurry...

I ordered a kids meal and a chili with extra crackers so I asked the girl at the window if she put them in the bag she said yes but never gave me the crackers and slammed the window so I bhe I get home no crackers and My cup of chili was half full and the chili was cold they r rude as hell and don’t care about the customers at all they r very rude and don’t care about the customers they just throw your food in the bag they should all be fired if I were you I would never go there and the babies food was cold and dumped in the bag if they don’t like there job they should go back on welfare because they are useless lazy rude people if you’re reading this don’t go there and spread the word around they all need to be fired and yes I’m calling the main office REMEMBER NEVER GO there they all NEED FIRED they don’t care about the CUSTOMERS

DRIVE THRU USED PROMPT SERVICE AND GOOD FOOD

I had a very poor experience at this Wendy's location on 12-7-24 due to unprofessional staff. I visited the drive through around 4pm. I placed an online order and wanted to order more food in the drive through. I wanted to order a chicken wrap and substitute the grilled chicken for crispy chicken which was immediately shut down. So i decided to just pick up my online order. My online order was missing my 2 orders of Cinnabon Pull Apart which I had to go inside for, i ordered my Spicy Asiago Ranch Club with no bacon because i don't eat pork and there was bacon on it, and after I left i realized I had no straw for my Caramel Cold Brew Frosty. There was no way I was going back in to to ask for a straw or to let them know i ordered no bacon on my sandwich, I received enough of an attitude and wasn't willing to risk my sandwich getting spit on or worse.

We ordered two $7 Bacon Double Stack Biggie Bags and the were a WASTE! >
1. Neither one had bacon! Nothing mentioned i.e. we're out of bacon, etc.
2. The nuggets were cold.
3. The fries were greasy & unreasonably salty.
4. The drinks were incredibly watered down with ice.

It's no wonder that there were no cars in the drive-thru @ 12:30PM! BUYER BEWARE!
