This place is rough. The service was horrible, really unfriendly and careless. Food came out quickly and was warm but I'm not coming back. The chick with braids working the front counter was very rude and unprofessional and I'm glad she scared me away from fast food for another 5 years

DO NOT EAT HERE. PERIOD. Honestly at this point you should just close this store or sell it to somebody that actually cares. EVERY SINGLE TIME I GIVE YOU A CHANCE IM MORE THAN DISAPPOINTED. If you gave food away for free I still don’t think I won’t ever get anything including water from this location again and neither should you. If you can’t make sure your business is being ran right maybe don’t run a business because it’s been years of decline. $50 order and not a SINGLE THING was actually correct.

Stopped tonight 6/23/25 around 830pm. Went inside and stood at register for around 10 minutes while watching a few staff just standing around talking on their cell phones. they made eye contact with me but no one would say anything. Finally someone came over and said dining room closed at 8pm, go thru drive thu. ok, walked to door and posted sign on their says dining open till 10pm. Went thru drive thru and I ended up with missing items. Staff were doing everything in store but work. Horrible store, be warned.

This place is disgusting! The pop machine is so dirty and hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long. There's literally a moldy straw wrapper on the ground, that's nasty! If that's what their dining room looks like, imagine what the kitchen looks like!
The employees end breakfast before the scheduled time, and if you call them out on it they cop an attitude.

I have tried numerous times to order from here but they cancel my orders every single time. Also, by the time they cancel it, an hour has already passed. I could've ordered food from another restaurant and had it delivered in the time I waited for them to cancel my order. My family has also stated that it is an amidst equally long wait time if you go in and order.

Pulled up to the drive thru and had 3 different people tell me to wait unti l got to order. Ordered a frosty and fries. When I got to the window they only gave me a frosty. When I told him I ordered fries to the guy said I would have to go back thru and order fries again.
