Well ill keep this ahort and too the point. The manager for late-night, Autumn, is the only bright point I've ever seen here personally. Bathrooms are a lot of always; grease slicked floors, no paper towels, nasty all over. The counter person is almost always more focused on their phone than the customers. Autumn is just a cool respectful decent human with good people skills. When she is there u have no problems. I try to go only late-night as a result. The one super cool thing... Walk up lobby window open same hours as store hours!

Location has really gone downhill. Girl working drive through was wearing headphones in her ears and acted annoyed to take my order, gave me the wrong food, gave incorrect change (like WAAAAY incorrect and not just a few cents), didn't give a receipt until I asked, didn't say thank you and proceeded to ignore me until I left. Recently, I was picking up a food order late at night and the man retrieving the orders acted extremely annoyed and apathetic and literally told people to not rush him or he wouldn't help them.

Restaurant was very dirty cups all over the tables floor was not mopped or swept tables were not cleaned there was barley anyone there and had to wait a long time for are food this store was not clean there only good part was the food

The doors were locked around 5pm today with the screens saying it was break time. This wasn’t the first time I couldn’t enter the building at a peak time.

Came here at 3:30pm to order food. Went through the drive through. Our food was wrong after telling them the correct order and the receipt showing the item we ordered. Went back to get it corrected drive through was too crowed so tried to go inside doors were locked! 3 people was inside eating but wasn’t letting anyone else in. Had to get our order corrected through pickup window inside. This place should not be closed at 3pm on a weekday. This place always has issues and if they can’t staff correctly or run properly they need to just shut it down.

They allow their employees with long hair to work without tying it up, You end up with a multiple employees wearing long weaves that go down to their butts, playing with their hair and swinging it around while it’s touching the food .. no thank you, that is just disgusting!
