Just pathetic.. nothing I ordered was correct., like if I wasn't so far away I was my dang money back. Cos this crap went straight to the trash . HORRIBLE!!!!!!! JUST HORRIBLE!!!

We walked there from our hotel across the street. We were there at 9:11pm. Signed outside the door said dining room open until 10pm. But door was locked. One customer walked out so we walked in through that locked door. The staff yelled dining room closed (we were planning to just order to go anyway) and seemed frustrated and saying how come customers doesn't understand door was locked. Then update your sign and put a notice that dining room hours has been updated to 9pm or whatever time it is. We are not walking and ordering through drive through while walking. For that, service is absolutely 0/5. Unfortunately, the lowest I can go is 1 star. This place is absolutely horrible.

Multiple times they are unable to take orders. I ordered via the app. Showed up at like 3:50 today. They said they couldn’t take the order. I was annoyed but nothing new here. I tried to edit my order/switch pickup location and an error said that the order was already canceled. Said fine guess no Wendy’s today.
Well now I have a receipt in app saying I picked up my food at like 11:40 pm? This is the worst location ever! Just don’t go. Multiple times they have their own drama going on and the restaurant is just shut down. Staff yelling at each other outside kicking people out. Looks like their own staff at times.
Side note the staff has always been kind to me at least and the food was always good. Just beyond frustrating/unnecessary situations.

This is by are the dirtiest. Tables with food and drink on them and no one was around. Don't mention how crowded with used cups and wrappers discarded. The staff hanging out behind the counter.

There is absolutely no reason anyone should be a in a fast food line for 20+ minutes at any point of the day ... I managed a subway and would feed 50+ people in less than an hour,

This Wendy’s is open later than any other Wendy’s that I know of and are constantly busy and seem to go out of their way to be utterly mediocre. Like you know what it is and what it’s gonna be it really isn’t that awful difficult may as well actually make GOOD food and find the humor in things!
Vegetarian options: It’s Wendy’s.
Dietary restrictions: There are none go home and cook.
Parking: It’s freaking Wendy’s.. with one of the busiest drive-through with the longest wait times known to man.
I had a mushroom bacon cheese burger. I have had them before. This is the worst one yet. A few pieces of mushroom, a quarter piece of bacon, something was wrong with the sauce. After removing all the above the hamburger was good. Really disappointed. Only had the sandwich.

Way too many issues. Was actually so messed up that ya had to laugh and wonder how bad your order is going to be. Example. My receipt showed ordered d.coke, coke, and peach tea. At window we received two diet cokes and a regular tea. Asking for explanations which drink is what was like pulling teeth. Never stopping again!
