Both the door sign and online says open until midnight. We were there at 11:40 and the girl rudely said we’re not taking any more orders tonight. What is the point of having a closing time if you’re not going to follow it? Absolutely terrible.

What's the point of ordering pickup from the app if this location won't honor the request. This location had a rude female drive through employee. I'll file a charge back through my bank for a order never picked up. This location is the second location that has issues.

Waited in drive threw today June 29th for 5 minutes no one came on to say I'll be with you in a minute. Thought it was closed drove to window. Girl days I'm sorry I was busy 😪 to busy to say I'll be right with you. Refused to take order a window. Fix it!

Nobody wears any sort of gloves here, very slow, the girl handing out orders was playing in their phone and touching their face without gloves and still touching people's food. Won't recommend.

One time I went and had a hair in my frosty, wasn't my hair as I was going through chemo & had no hair. (Penn Hills Wendy's)
Went to Monroeville's Wendy's on Labor Day weekend for lunch and ended up with food poisoning. It was the absolute worst. I haven't eaten Wendy's since & don't plan on going back ever.

Went to this location and couple times. Almost always missing food. The last time I went in the middle of the day I waited in a line of 5 cars for 15 minutes, not a single order was taken or anyone told to pull around. Eventually had to cancel my mobile order and pull out of line.

Negative experience. Ordered #6 Meal, didn't receive a cup for my drink. Went up to the counter to ask about it, kept getting ignored and shrugged off. Wouldn't recommend or come back.

If you want a breakfast sandwich not even kept warm enough to melt the cheese, with an egg cooked hours ago and relatively okay bacon, this is the stop to make.

You have better odds at a blackjack table than getting a decent experience at this location. Recently I figured I'd 'roll the dice' and try again for dinner but the entire staff was outside on a team break smoking (weed?) together.
Sat at the speaker for 5 minutes of quiet contemplation before my conscience kicked in and told me I had already lost. Drove away hungry but amused.
3 stars for atmosphere, you can tell all the workers get along.
Shout out to the Waterfront McDonald's for providing an up to par experience.
