Pull up to the drive-through. The nice young lady said pull around to the second window waited there 3 to 4 minutes a Neice lady said there’s no manager on duty right now. It’s gonna be quite some time before you get your food. Is that OK? I’m hungry and I want someplace else

DON'T ORDER OR COME THERE an hour before they close. Nobody going to take your order in drive-thru and to pick up your order the door is lock. They too busy worrying about leaving and don't care to inform the customer on what going on. They been doing this alot how they remain open when the customer are there first priority.

Ordered on Wendy’s mobile app for DRIVE THRU. And the little girl on the speaker mumbles us to come inside. First off didn’t even say hello welcome to Wendy’s or nothing just what would you like to order customer service sucks terribly this Wendy’s honestly needs to be shut down bunch of clowns standing around.

Like all the other reviews, this is the worst location for service, even the so called management does not care. Orders are cancelled from the app for no reason. Breakfast stops being served before 10am, when it should be available till 1030am. Hopefully someone responsible for this location reads this to fix it, or does everyone a favor and closes the store.

Consistently bad customer service, Consistently inconsistent policy. One day the doors are locked and it’s drive through only, the next the drive through is closed. Whoever franchises this place must seriously not care about making money or providing a good experience… Wendy’s isn’t even affordable anymore, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!

Already had a one star review for this place but this just adds to it! Their ice cream machine was broke last time, so my boyfriend tried calling to check if it was still broken before we decided to place a quick order… after the phone rang, a nasty female answered the phone and said “you’re still calling” like isn’t it your job to answer a damn phone for the company YOU work for? This place has completely lost any future service from us, after multiple awful experiences. Hire better workers and people who actually want to work. I’m completely disgusted with the service from this location.
