Seems as though this location is closed. No one in the building on a Friday around lunchtime. Don’t bother going because you won’t be served, obviously! Haha.

Waited for 10 minutes and was not even acknowledged. I had to say I was ready and then she came over with attitude like I was bothering her. After halfway thru my order her register crashed I guess cause she just walked away

I purchased 4 combos. It took more than 1 hour and the delivery estimate kept increasing from time to time. According to the store, the justification would be the lack of a delivery person. If they don't have a delivery person, they shouldn't sell by delivery.

Ordered a #6 just the sandwich with honey mustard and a drink. Took me 5 minutes just to place an order with no line (zero cars literally). When I pay and check the bag, they forgot my sauce. When I pull off, I noticed they didn't give me a straw. My sandwich is not fresh and it taste dry. Before this visit, I haven't been there for 3 months. That alone should tell you everything. This was my last time dealing with this Wendy's. Management need to "buck up" on the closers.

I’m a grubhub driver. We’re not supposed too and we’re also not allowed to make drinks for the orders we pick up. Next time don’t give me a fn empty cup.

Unfortunately, I have to write a negative review. I visited here in the past week for lunch to get something quick. I have visited this location in the past, and while they are painfully slow, the food is usually decent. This time, however, this was not the case. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru- and noticed that they were taking orders one at a time- often not taking the next order until the previous person had paid and received their food- so you end up waiting more time prior to order but then got the food relatively quickly. No doubt this is to skew the times from order to food received that I know some of the fast food establishments track. The cheese fries that I ordered were gross. The fries were soggy and the cheese was clumped- almost like it was overcooked or just sitting at the bottom of the cheese vat- they could have just stirred it prior to putting it on the fries! I gave 3 stars overall because I have had better experiences in the past- especially earlier in the day when that one older woman was working- she does a good job.

Abdul the assistant manager came and asked if everything was okay. I said the doublestack I had was super dry. He asked if he could make a new one. I declined and said no thank you. He asked again. I said no thank you again. My mom shared that the reason we were there was because we just found out her brother died. He gave his condolences and shared something personal about his sister and niece. He was very empathetic, sincere, and care. Thank you Abdul for your kind words.

Zero stars - A terrible establishment. You can tell that the employees don't care about working there based on their attitudes. It is simply to collect a paycheck.
The employee who took our order was apathetic. The other employee who was on her phone was simultaneously sucking her thumb.
The food was standard Wendy's. It wasn't superb and it wasn't terrible except for the bread bag tie that was removed from my SO's junior bacon cheeseburger.
I immediately went to the counter to request a replacement burger and received it but my SO's appetite was already crushed.
First and last time my family will be eating here. No thanks.

Waited in the drive thru only to be told at the speaker that she wasn’t taking any orders. Why are you open but not taking orders?

Morning shift at this Wendy's is normally pretty good. However, I have had multiple issues happen with evening shift workers. Recently in the Drive-Thru we just had a simple order of four biggie bags that we are going to take home to eat. It wasn't until we got there that we realised each bag had multiples of every possible sauce we had asked for, but there were no nuggets in any of the bags. When I called to let them know of the error there was no apology. They simply asked if I could come back and get them. When I did so there was yet again no apology, even though I had to do an extended drive to get back just to pick up nuggets. All I got was a, "Are you the nuggets? Here." And that was after standing at the front counter for about 5 minutes with three young women giggling at each other and sharing text messages on their phones.
I realise this is not exactly a fine dining establishment, but improving their customer service could certainly go a long way.

This Wendy’s is rough, I submitted an order through yelp and it said it wouldn’t be ready for at max 35 min, first of all my food was cold as hell, when I got it tasted like it’s been sitting for a day even though it’s 10am, I asked for no bacon on 2 burritos and bacon was put on both. The older woman that takes orders at the drive thru is miserable, I asked her nicely for handful of straws for my job, she handed me a couple and proceeded to tell me I should just go to the dollar store if I need straws, idk if she meant for me to hear this because the window was closing. I’m unsure of her name but if she can’t handle talking to people she shouldn’t be working here. It’s very unprofessional and disrespectful.
