A whole five hours before close and they don’t have chicken nuggets? A fast food place with no chicken nuggets…. and when I wanted refunded they said they couldn’t do that and I had to sit on the phone with customer service for 30 minutes.

We drove through the drive through on Cochran Road, Mt Lebanon PA on 2/22/25. We ordered a small chocolate frosty and a medium chocolate thin mint frosty.
The employee taking the order was not friendly at all. The thin mint frosty looked NOTHING like their advertisement. There was a teaspoon of the chocolate sauce on the bottom and nothing on the side and nothing on the top.
The small chocolate frosty should have just been that but she added thin mint sauce.
I'm never rude to workers and I'm over the rudeness.

Might be one of their worst locations in terms of service. I've sat at the drive thru for over 10 minutes before they were "ready" to take my order. This is a normal occurrence, they simply don't give a shit and they probably don't get paid enough to so it's really on corporate for having the lowest standards imaginable

This is not an exaggeration. Every single time I go through the drive thru here, they get my order wrong and I end up having to go inside. Often the Fries are cold and they have never once offered me anything for the many inconveniences they've caused me. Management very obviously doesn't hold the crew to a very high standard and has not for a very long time.

I was in there for 10 minutes and the team members never stopped fighting. French fries cold had to have them re-cooked wait time 10 minutes for hamburger and french fries waited 10 minutes in car to get to drive-through window and decided to go in for a much worse experience. This establishment should be shut down.

Im not into drama so ill just state facts:
• Showed up at 6:30pm and dining room was closed early locking out customers.
• Ordered Baconator and Daves double. Received two burgers each with just a single patty and nothing else.
• Due to locked dining room Drive through line was excessive leading to cars blocking traffic as a line formed out of the restaurant through the parking lot and into the street.
• When I went to the door and spoke to an employee through it (after they first tried to ignore me) they acknowledged the issue and claimed they would handle it but then left me standing outside in the cold without a jacket and wouldnt even let me in to stay warm while i waited.
• After 30 minutes of waiting outside I decided to give up on that employees claim and go around to the other door and try and get someones attention. I lucked out as an employee was taking trash out and they let me in as they also seemed confused as to why everything was locked.
• After getting inside the manager came over and it was clear he had not been made aware of the request for correcting the order by the employee so my assumption is the employee either lied or felt waiting over half an hour to remedy the issue was acceptable.
• The manager did appear to do his best to remedy the issue and give me the correct order which was appreciated and which is what earns 2 stars over 1.
• It is true that the location was busy at the time, but that doesn't excuse all of the above and I believe the issues stated are a clear indication of a failure in quality assurance and should be addressed. Im wasnt trying to create drama, I just wanted my order corrected and it took being ignored, waiting over an hour, and being left outside. That was all very unnecessary and while this is the first experience bad enough to warrant a negative review, this is not the first order this location has gotten dramatically wrong. It didnt used to be this way. Many of these issues appear to have arisen in in the past year. These are solvable problems and I hope they work on them.

It is kinda like a box of chocolate. You order and they throw something in the bag that is not what you ordered. Maybe do something with pictures of farm animals?

Yet another restaurant that delivers poor service will ask you what burger you want and then give you the wrong burger but charge you the more expensive one. Under portioned fries and overall degraded quality

I hate to say this because the staff was nice, but it was a mess of an order. I ordered the Krabby Patty for the special sauce but not only did they forget the pickles and onions on the sandwich they didn’t even have the special sauce. If you’re out of ingredients just say so and don’t make me pay for something and give me less.
