The large 16-piece pizza was very small and the pieces were so tiny, a large 8-piece pizza is bigger, it comes super thin, literally like an tortilla, terrible food.

The food is fine, but I don't think I can go back there. 40% of the time the doors are locked, so if you placed a pick up order, tough luck. You have to wait in the drive thru, which averages 4 min per car in front of you. Yes, this has happened so often that I've had the opportunity to time it. In the past 4 out of 5 visits, i was there for 20+ min, regardless of how I placed my order.

Ordered breakfast at a Dormont location today. The sandwich and the wedges were cold HOW? please tell me how the food was that off putting that early on the morning. How long could the food have been sitting? I have more questions thank dl answers. The person who tookunprder was nice though. She very nicely handed me subpar food with a smile on her face. I think she was a manager too. UGH

To the tall white dude with brown hair and glasses Maybe don't smoke right next to the first pay window. I can't believe I was trying to pay and cigarette smoke being directly blown into my face and car. I had to have my window down to pay the guy. Do better. Gross. Check your cameras at 5.07 pm on Thursday the 2nd you can literally see the jag off blowing his cigarette smoke into my car. Also my fries where ice cold and I paid for a double baconator and you gave me a single. I live less than a mile away. I will be calling headquarters because I have been coming to this location for years with zero issue until today. Take a note from the nice gentleman at the second window with the dreads, he apologized and agreed that what that other employee did was disrespectful.

The gentleman with the dreads needs more recognition! He was working every part of that place and you can tell he has good work ethic! I always get a chicken wrap, with no ranch, and sometimes at other places the ranch is still in it or the chicken is dry. At this store my order was correct, hot, and delicious. I didn’t catch your name but thank you so much for the service with a smile. I appreciate you!

Being constantly on the go and having kids who love chicken nuggets, we frequent lots of drive-throughs. This particular Wendy's is very close to our house. I've probably been to this location 50 times in the last ten years, and about 40 of them have been bad experiences. I had another bad experience last night, and at this point you couldn't pay me to visit here again. This has to be the worst store in the region.

A whole five hours before close and they don’t have chicken nuggets? A fast food place with no chicken nuggets…. and when I wanted refunded they said they couldn’t do that and I had to sit on the phone with customer service for 30 minutes.

We drove through the drive through on Cochran Road, Mt Lebanon PA on 2/22/25. We ordered a small chocolate frosty and a medium chocolate thin mint frosty.
The employee taking the order was not friendly at all. The thin mint frosty looked NOTHING like their advertisement. There was a teaspoon of the chocolate sauce on the bottom and nothing on the side and nothing on the top.
The small chocolate frosty should have just been that but she added thin mint sauce.
I'm never rude to workers and I'm over the rudeness.

Might be one of their worst locations in terms of service. I've sat at the drive thru for over 10 minutes before they were "ready" to take my order. This is a normal occurrence, they simply don't give a shit and they probably don't get paid enough to so it's really on corporate for having the lowest standards imaginable

This is not an exaggeration. Every single time I go through the drive thru here, they get my order wrong and I end up having to go inside. Often the Fries are cold and they have never once offered me anything for the many inconveniences they've caused me. Management very obviously doesn't hold the crew to a very high standard and has not for a very long time.

I was in there for 10 minutes and the team members never stopped fighting. French fries cold had to have them re-cooked wait time 10 minutes for hamburger and french fries waited 10 minutes in car to get to drive-through window and decided to go in for a much worse experience. This establishment should be shut down.
