Went here ( Brentwood Towne Square, Pittsburgh pa). drive thru line was too long. So I went in. omg, I'm so glad I did. First, I do have to say the cashier " Cody" was a very sweet girl. But, .... when I walked up to the counter there were 6 employees working drive thru🙄😳 and 4 of them were helping themselves to the big batch of french fries with their bare hands. This guy claimed to be a manager. No name tag. Refused to identify himself No one is wearing a mask. Waited at the dark menu board. Asked if they were open? No answer pulled around girl in the order booth assumed board was broken. Asked her to take our order she refused. We said you didn’t answer us at the menu board. She refused. Jr bacon cheeseburger ONLY lettuce (😒), extra pickle (😒), onion, and mustard. I mean come on.... do better, y’all! This isn’t the first time either!
