I always get partially what I order. I just don’t understand why. No meat in the chili. I got straws but no drinks? & No cookie. There is always stuff missing.

I pulled up to the drive thru on a Saturday night at 11:37 pm with an advertised close time of midnight. No greeting for 6 minutes and they shut the lights off. I could understand if it was 11:55 or later, and saying something to the effect of "we're sorry but we are closing early" but to me 23 minutes before getting no response and then just turning the lights off is unacceptable. If my business isn't good for you 23 minutes before you close then it isn't good in the middle of the day either. I'll go somewhere else. This location is pitiful.

I ordered bacon egg and Swiss croissant,small seasoned potatoes and Cinnabon pull apart lady says pull up to red railing I'll bring it all out. Here I'm think fresh food, what a surprise I got. "The Best Breakfast Ever"Frozen solid Cinnabon pull apart, luke warm potatoes and cold croissant. I will never go here again that's 2 days in a row food cold or rock hard. I'm calling corporate office not wasting time on getting credit I'm not going back to use it

Wendy's is such an underrated fast food chain and that's something I never understood. Their food is 10x better than McDonald's and 3x better than Burger King yet for some odd reason those are the top dogs 🙄 that being said, next time you're there check out the small little section under the kids menu as they have some great deals there .. only hidden a bit 😉
What I could eat of my order was Delicious. I can't have Mayo, so when ordering something as SIMPLE as "no mayo", You'd think that'd be fine. Sadly, I sent a friend to pick it up, and he didn't check every burger to make sure there was one without Mayo. Sad I didn't get my baconburger.
Manager is rude!!! I called to let them know our burgers were basically RAW. ( went through the drive thru) And he said do you want to come back and get a new one .. I said no, just wanted you to be aware and he said whatever GOODBYE AND HUNG UP. Great management skills there buddy lmao

Typical Wendy’s. Apparently the workers need eye surgery, or are straight up illiterate unable to read a screen. Every time I come here I’m missing items and the freshness is hit or miss. I will not be returning anytime soon. I tried calling the store 3-4 times once I got home because a meal item was missing I wanted the money returned to my card and not once did any of the employees I seen inside answer the call. Absolutely ridiculous
