You know, I really wanted to give this Wendy's the benefit of the doubt. BUT LITERALLY every single time I come here it's a problem. They can't get the order correct. I don't know how you stay in business. I won't be spending my money here anymore, because if I have to drive BACK to the store to get the correct food, the rest of my food is cold. My advice would be to check your order THOROUGHLY EVERY TIME. I was a fairly regular customer too. It's a shame. I got burned one too many times, and they were completely unapologetic about it as well. Do better. People are spending their hard earned money on trash food already, at least give us what we ordered.

Was in line behind 5 cars. 3 cars got out of line because it was going so slow. Takes at least 5-10 minutes to even acknowledge one single car is there. No one in the lobby so like what are they doing in there?

The food was awful. The potato wedges dry and hard, egg was rubbery and slightly hard. The French toast was burnt(I did refuse & had money returned for the French toast). The biscuit was good, as well as the lemonade. The server was polite, patient, and friendly. One server remained on their cell phone near the fryer almost the entire time. When they were done they laid the phone down near the fryer.

I was over this way a few weeks ago, and I can’t forget to send a special thank you to Devin. I got to Wendy’s at different locations, and tonight choose to go here. So happy I did. I’m sure he was probably the only one working with another when I arrived, a hour before close and had a decent order. He was so kind, so understanding and even made all fresh food and had correct amount of nuggets in my order. He needs to be a manager, team leader for all the Wendy’s. His service went above and beyond. I really am grateful for this employee. 10 out of 5 because of this guy.

Food was okay for fast food. Service was fast and efficient. The dining room needed to be cleaned. Most of the tables were dirty and the trash cans literally smelled!

If they ask you to pull your car forward DON'T. They'll forget you're there and you'll wait 30 minutes like I did. I went inside and was rudely ignored by the front register, only to pull back around the drive through and be told oh we got 20 orders in at once. Yeah that's just about how many people pulled ahead of me. Do the orders in the order you get them not whichever ones you feel like. 0/10 customer service.

Waited waaaay too long in the drive thru. Line of six cars and nobody was greeting each car for like 10 minutes, would’ve been there for an hour. Graveyard shift crew suck.
Dayshaun is the greatest Wendy’s employee of all time!!! Great service, great guy, I’m a better fan of Wendy’s because of him!

Best Wendy’s experience ever. Place was very clean with flowers on every table. The drink machine was out of lemonade, so Dayshaun gave me some of the Dave’s lemonade to make up for it. Great customer service.

If you order the chicken nuggets ask them to drop them fresh. It's crazy cuz sometimes I never think to do that but it makes the food really good.
