Visited at 1:20am. They close at 2! The girl on the headset sat outside on their patio smoking marijuana with her friends claiming (via the headset in the drive thru) that they’ll only accept mobile orders. So we placed a mobile order and she refused to accept it on her end. When we pulled up to the drive through to ask for our order she ignored us entirely. There was even a door dasher waiting to pick up his order that hadn’t heard anything from the drive through either. Absolutely unprofessional that she’s getting high with her friends 40+ minutes before closing.

There are 8 workers outside smoking marijuana and not packaging orders and the line is wrapped around the buidilg almost in the street this is not acceptable. I had asked them if they can go in there and get my order ready very respectful and they said pay me more and i will.

My order arrived incomplete, my food arrived ice cold, the products that arrived were prepared as if they were a mockery, as you can see from the photos, we are being disgraced with our money. Should I be upset with the $30 I paid or with the food I couldn't eat?

They are always closed when I walk to grab a bite. Today I got yelled at for even trying to go in. On the window it says open until 10 p.m. Unfortunately for me. They last 3 weeks now they close b4 5 p.m.!!! With it being over 90°out side i got sick walking back without even a drink tonight

I wanted to order via drive-thru; however, after three minutes of waiting, I went inside. The workers were very busy getting the online orders ready, but did not acknowledge me at all. I stood there ready to order for awhile since they were busy, but was never served.

I ordered spicy Nuggets and tried a caramel frosty. The Nuggets were dry, and the little junior frosty was almost $3 I used to like Wendy, not now.

I walked in and stood at the counter while the drive-through was busy. I was not waited on for a minute or so when I watched as the staff prepared the Drive-through orders. My wife was able to use the restroom and come back out before I chose to leave the line after seeing discarded food kicked around in their rush. We chose to eat elsewhere.
