I usually don’t have a problem with Wendy’s, but today, not only did they get my order Wrong and I had to drive back to get the correct order; I get home to eat only be find a super long hair in my frosty. I’m feeling some kind of way too because they sale strawberry in the summer so I don’t go. I was super excited to drink my frosty. I wanted the ice cream more than I wanted the sandwich. I don’t want to drive back to Wendy’s though for a 3rd time to get a fresh one. Now, on the plus side, the ladies were very nice and polite. They were efficient even if not accurate, and were ready to remedy my incorrect order. I just wish they all would have had on a hair net so that I didn’t have hair in my frosty. FYI, I have a short Afro, which I posted so Wendy’s can know that it definitely did not come from me. Make sure you check your food and cups before pulling off.

It was written that Wendy's work until 2 a.m., in the end I arrived at 00:30, I waited for an hour, no one answered, I'm driving up, I say are you working or not, they said we are closed, how come they are closed, if the website says that they work, terrible people work, just terrible service I I saw my order and wanted to pick it up, but they refused even that, they didn’t say we’re closed, goodbye, how? Don't go to this restaurant?

If i was able to give no stars I definitely would. I had did my order through door dash and had at least 3 drivers do my order. Turns out they told my drivers that they weren’t doing delivery orders and turned them away. If you aren't doing those orders then they should have it closed on the DoorDash website instead of letting people spend their money!!!
