As a North Carilinian this is not BBQ. The brisket is dry (shouldn't need a knife to cut brisket).
The salmon was salmon flavored salmon with a crispy salmon no season shell.
They either oven bake their food or overheat the smoker and essentially bake it no way.
The cole slaw tasted like walmarts and it had some weird cat food hard nuggets on it.
The potato salad had a hint of "smoke" from the bacon bits.
If you want oven cooked, faked it smoked bbq... I guess stay for the good portion size, live music and beer and you won't even notice.
The sauce bottles at the table were mostly empty and sticky and generally cruddy.
The sauces were good to give their food flavor, but for real they need changed out daily.
For a local dive bar I'm sure it's good, but the food is not.

Great beer selection, wonderful service & delicious food. Went during their trivia day so it was a pleasant experience to be apart of. The deep fried deviled eggs are a must have! If you enjoy good beer, great atmosphere and awesome barbecue this is a must go place. I myself will definitely be going back!

I will not be returning. For 30$ the 3 ribs were all fat. The brisket was fatty and dry seemed like it was reheated from yesterday. The sausage was nasty, the fries were black and oily and portions were very small. We also order the salmon which had no flavor just tasted fishy top half pink bottom half all brown the chicken leg wasn't bad but I only got 4 bites of chicken the rest was all bone. The mac n cheese was the worse I've ever had.

Great food. Ribs were fantastic by far. We sat right Infront of the band which is why I gave it 4 stars, as we were a bit close to talk while we ate but the band was good. Everything was fun and enjoyable overall.
Bathroom chalk board was fun too!

The atmosphere here is a delight, live music amazing, southern charm, service is great, food was absent of flavor. The mac'n'cheese was yellow noodles, barbeque was overcooked, under marinated and dry, sauces tasted watered down and the vegetables were also not seasoned. I'm not sure if we just got a bad chef or what but pleaseeeee let things marinate 2 to 3 times more. If anything changes please respond because I want to like this place.
