Such a great place! My brother and I were already downtown and decided to stop in to check it out after a birthday celebration. We happened to walk in about 20 minutes before another tour was starting, so after registering/paying for the tour, we ordered a cocktail while we waited. I forget the price but it seemed like such a steal - you received the tour with tastings during it, a small sampler flight and a cocktail for before/after. Our cocktails were delicious and a great way to make the time before our tour go quickly. Our tour group was pretty small (10 people total, maybe?) and our guide very knowledgeable. I loved learning the history of this Pittsburgh distillery. We enjoyed the samples as well as the guided flight. We were having such a good time that we stuck around after the tour and ordered more cocktails/whiskey flights. As evening approached, the space inside quickly filled up until it seemed there were people at every table. Seems to be a pretty hoppin' place! They have a ton of variety to what they offer and allow you to sample before you buy. We ended up leaving there with quite a variety to take home. My favorite was the Madeira Finished Bourbon, so delightful. They seemed to have a decent sized parking lot (we didn't drive so my memory may not be serving me correctly on that) but the location was easy to find for our uber driver, which is always a win. Since we visited (in September - super delayed review), I heard they opened a new location inside Ross Park Mall, which is much closer to where family lives so I look forward to trying that one next!

Unbelievable whiskeys in the tasting room. Great charitable event selling the best Christmas trees I've ever bought. A Pittsburgh treasure.

We had been to the distillery in the strip district, so we stopped here. No food. Limited seating inside. It was a sunny hot day and we sat outside. Otherwise, we wouldn't have stopped. Very limited parking.

Fun atmosphere and great whiskey selection. It's a bit overpriced but it's worth it.

We stopped by here for a drink on a Saturday evening. This was the second time that we had been to this specific location. It was cool outside but they had the doors open and it felt good inside still. There were only a few people there and they had a guy playing the acoustic guitar. We usually go to the Wigle downtown at the Omni William Penn but it was good to go to another one. They had different drinks at this one on their menu but they could still do a old fashioned any way that we wanted it or any other drink. I ordered a party at the yough club. It was good but not the best Wigle drink that I have had. I should have went with a oldie but I wanted to try something new. Regardless we still had a good visit here and the guitarist was great. He set the mood and it was a cool relaxing time here at Wigle. We will be back again.

Great tour, wish it was more clear about pouring your own bottle at the end of it.

A beautiful space with an amazing staff. Everyone is really knowledgeable and helpful. They make finding a new favorite drink really easy. This was their first summer open, I'm excited to see all of the events and stuff they have there going forward!

Very nice selection is whiskeys, great cocktails, kewl space, what more could you ask for? I had to stop in for the Afterglow whiskey (with ginger) after trying it at the airport 👌

Nice bright building with quaint outdoor area. I got the Cinnamon Toast Punch which was excellent! My husband ordered an Old Fashioned - one of the classic cocktails Wigle refers to regularly - and the bartender had to Google it to make it and unfortunately it did not turn out well. They replaced the drink for free which we absolutely appreciated... However, my husband ordered a Mint Julep and it was an entirely different color and taste than the Mint Julep our other friend ordered just moments before. We have always enjoyed the main Wigle location and hope the drink consistency will continue to improve at the Barrelhouse.

Visited here for the music festival that was using this location for the show. Awesome small garden. Would love to visit just for the vibes of the place sometime.
