They had what I was looking for and I've always known Fine Wine and Spirits staff to be friendly and knowledgeable.
Brunch was delicious. Sat out on the patio in the back. It has a swimming pool.
I wish the staff knew more about the product and were more personable. At the bare minimum, smile and thank me for coming in. It would also help to know more about the wines sold there and be able to speak on the varying qualities.
The people who work here will help you find what you want. They are very informative and helpful.
Nice selection and friendly greeter
I have only been here once, but experience was fine. Everyone said Hi when I came in and the staff helped me find what I was looking for. Clean and decent selection, I'll be going here for whenever I need to purchase liquor.
Needs better selection! This company must start to upgrade it's smaller stores or move them into a town that can handle a bigger scenario. Work harder!
Service is quick not as big as most but good enough.

I am not very educated on wine. So you can imagine I was having some issues when a friend of mine at the last second asked me to pick up wine. The only instructions they gave me were to get something "Not too sweet." as well as a price range. The woman on staff not only gave me her suggestions, but also gave me a crash course in buying wine and what to look for. Came by a second time a few weeks later and the staff then was equally as friendly and helpful. Also props to the security officer, he was super cool and was just putting everyone in a good mood that walked in.

This location has the best staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable. At locations near by in Glenshaw they are awefil and miserable cranky b*st*eds. Shaler plaza location employees are the best. My face are Michele!!, Jen!!, Rich, Cathy, and Georginna. They all deserve a raise.
