Wingstop stole my money. I ordered dinner for pickup and the website somehow went back to the default location which was like 100miles from my house but I didn’t realize it until I hit submit payment and got the confirmation page. I IMMEDIATELY called the restaurant and spoke to the worker who confirmed that they did not even start cooking the food yet and that he would cancel the order, but yet he could not issue me a refund since I placed the order online I’d need to request it through there. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who works from Wingstop. The only way to contact them is through a form on their page which I have submitted MULTIPLE times with NO RESPONSE from anyone and it has been WEEKS! I want and deserve my hard earned money back. Terrible customer service and thieves is what they are.
I placed order 6168777256 at 4:46 PM today it was supposed to have arrived at 5:10 PM when I saw the DoorDash text that it was being delivered by them. It showed the vehicle go in the opposite direction from my home and then stop, I called the number associated with the text seven times no answer. I contacted the store seven times no answer and that was the one at Knoxville Tennessee on Chapman Highway at 5:58 PM, I drove to the store. I walked in and asked to speak to a manager. I explained I hadn’t received my order and I would like a refund the employee standing beside the manager, stated The order was picked up. I showed my phone to the manager that it still had not been delivered because it was tracking, the employee then said I’m not lying. I said I’m not lying either and I told the manager I wanted a refund. I did not get my order. I said I also want your corporate phone number and the district manager‘s name, she copied my information down and said that I should get the refund in 4 to 5 business days again ask again for the corporate number and the district manager’s name she printed off a receipt with the only thing was the website. I have not had an issue ordering from this store before and I ordered it off of the app from Wingstop, I think it was very very inappropriate from the employee and the manager. I even told the manager I don’t think anyone would be happy with this. I only live three minutes behind the store in a subdivision. I am very, very displeased.
Really good but not as worth it without the 20 for 20 deal
Our visit was almost disappointing, but Sai saved the day! There were a couple of issues with our order, and when I brought them to the attention of the staff, Sai leaped into action to make the situation right.

Got bone-in and boneless wings delivered. The bone-in were terrible. They were fully cooked, but the skin seemed raw. Not sure how they accomplished that. On the bright side, all the boneless were excellent. Will certainly order boneless again.

Stopped in for some food, only 2 employees running the store, blesses on them. However, neither employees were wearing gloves and watched the female handle raw chicken and then immediately handled cooked product for an order. I will not be returning to this location.

Este domingo nos negaron el acceso a wingstop plaza outlet la hostess y el gerente nos pidieron la cartilla de vacunación para mi perro cabe destacar que número uno es plaza pet friendly uno espera una mayor recepción de los perros a los locales, yo nunca pedí que nos dieran mesa adentro ellos tienen mesas afuera y también quiero decir que hace dos o tres meses entramos a comer con otro de mis perros al mismo restaurante. Desafortunadamente la mala experiencia vivida en uno de sus locales hace que la inversión millonaria en la plaza se tire a la basura y que uno no regrese a ningún otro restaurante de la cadena Aparte, el día de hoy se contacto la gerenta de la sucursal y salió peor me dijo que solo le pedían cartilla a algunos perros por lo cual me sentí inclusive discriminado mi perro es de raza akita americano, acababa de salir de su baño es cachorro de 8 meses que pasa con otros perros les piden hasta su acta de defunción para entrar. en su puerta no dice prohibido entrar con mascotas y recalcó ya comí en otras ocasiones con mis perros en la terraza de la misma sucursal dejo mi CEL 9981268091 y ojalá puedan remediar este problema yo mientras seguiré contando y escribiendo mi mala experiencia para que no le pase a otra persona
They don't use gloves...they go outside come back in and don't wash their hands...they play in their hair and touch each other.

Ordered a 10 piece wing only half of it was edible. The whole order was overcooked pieces of the chicken was stuck to the bone. I called and spoke to the manager and he wanted to argue back-and-forth about the chicken. I told him I would return the chicken and he said regardless, if I returned it or not, he did not overcook . I had the same problem at the Wingstop in Edgewood. The first time I went they overcook the order and it looks like it’s the same manager who transferred from Edgewood to McKnight Road. Will never step foot in another Wingstop ever you gonna charge almost $15 for five wings but call it a 10 piece horrible

Their website took my order, my money, but the order didn’t go through properly. Having to dispute it with my bank and wasn’t able to get food. As a business they should understand that this mistake was on their end therefore should have offered a coupon on comped meal. In which they didn’t, and now it’s taking more of my time and to dispute it with my bank. Shame on your business.

We ordered 40 wings for $40 and much to my surprise that I had to pay for the blue cheese dressing. We were very disappointed with the wings, they were overcooked and dry. Not to mention they were tiny. Never again!! Beware….

Wings tasted like they was fried in burnt grease or was freezer burnt corn was so seasoned with Cajun seasoning that it hurt my mouth and fries wasn’t frying like they usually do

I have been waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes and no one is coming to answer it. They only delivered 21 wings instead of 30 and I want some of my money back.
